It is being rediscovered along with Jeff Lynne who was so far ahead of his time that just now everybody is listening to elo. I am going into my studio to record this now thanks for the chords. Cant sit still. Fantastic!!!!

I play bass guitar and I have tried to play along with this song but just by watching EUI 13 I can see the progression of the chords as if I was watching a band member on stage play the piece. I'm a guitar playing Father, Grandfather and I must say , Your Daughter is adorable, She add a lift to your video that shows how this song makes you feel no matter what mood you may have been in before it starts playing, I haven't heard it since the very early 80's at best and forgot how great it made me feel, I was a teenager again if only for a few minutes and you want to know the best part ? I played the video again and I was back in the 70's again just like moments before, Its a time machine of sorts, Thanks so much for the video and the chords I' ll be working on it all day , Maybe all week LOL , Best to you and the Family.

Hello Mike, thank you for your kind words :0) At present I'm flat-out with Guitar tuition ; my school's Christmas Nativity production (which I'm doing all the music for), Cubs - Carols, Church - Carols, Christmas Bazaar - xmas music set & the world & it's mother - that require music at Christmas only, lol! Hi Tony, the official solo doesn't really warrant a youtube, but to help you - I'm using the Ionian shape - descending in the key of D major, largely in triplets > 4th string 12th Fret - D root starting point. Now, if you mean my solo at the start...that's gonna take some time with legato & pinched harmonics, lol. Best Luck! xD
