What you mention in the middle of the video there ... the things that add up ... I think alot of us could have good use of being more aware of that. Sure, we got some peaks in life here and there, but in general and in the everyday with work, hassles, chores, and whatnot ... it's usually the small things that keep us up. The more we consider those to be privilieges, the easier the lower parts of life become as well. Good video, mate.
