      ***** No disrespect to your chef,in any way shape or form ok. but Let's be honest, the knife cutting part of it, every basically knows how to do this,, as for the knife itself, it's obviously of a high quality, and yes of course for amateurs and customers to do this it takes patience so they don't slice of a finger with such a knife, as for the presentation , i like the effect after sitting in Salt water for awhile it resembles the texture of an eel. but THE TITLE IS MISLEADING this is not a Live snake, ok, it's a cucumber. what your doing is called FOOD ART. it's eye candy, Yes, it's all part of the experience, i agree, but, slicing food in this way is not a high level skill. you and i both know that. thankyou for your time,

    • @martinkuliza
      @martinkuliza 9 років тому

      sure, if i get the time i'll make a video, as for the degree, as you stated "on slight off degree cut" that's not true, sure you have to keep it relatively the same angle, but it's not as critical as you stated, and... Yes i do have a Lot of experience, and i respect your chef for his experience, by all means, but, in saying that, I'm also a realist and i understand that Making clients happy and impressed , is all part of the game. it's hard to do , if you don't know how to do it, for a professional chef, however, it would merely take a little practice with a sharp knife, it's not that hard for a professional chef to do , however for a normal person.. of course it would be

    • @martinkuliza
      @martinkuliza 9 років тому

      of course, and i understand, Keeping customers happy is the bread and butter of the industry.. of course... agreed

      ***** tha's nice to hear mate,i've replied to you here for the last time now. and i won't be back, because one of your forum members has ever so politely told me to piss off because i was , apprarently, disturbing the "tranquility of the forum" as the put it. so i'm not going to hang around on a fourm that doesn't want me there, it's sad huh. but.. iti's nice what you said, employees tend to have a mindset whereby they don't understand that it's BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER that we have a job. anyway, i'm leaving now. take care, thanks for the conversation, i feel it's better that i leave as opposed to offending more or your client and .. in turn, you as well. goodbye
