I encourage you but that is not the real truth, it is in some way and it can do things in specific way that you won't come to idea in FL but I agree that this is PRO level softwere from PS4 and it was back in PS1 and PS2 programs that now I 2020 many pro softwere adopted that sistem from 20 years ago, I mean on the sampling method in Ableton Maschine Bitwig are the same as MTv generator 1 on PS2 was better and on PS3 could be ultimate and here we are in Dreams with wierd workflow but result are so unique and direction of music is going to something new because replication of existing music is rewarding only in EXP. Nothing else because it's nothing new so that's why Dreams could come true in shape that we never imagined
Hmmm I started on ps1 on MTv generator and now I have synths and this sounds like a pro and I bought Dreams and it's unessery hard, even the camera in edit level mode is hard and I hope for some updates or I will just adapt with what they give us but in my opinion it could be music like in previous programs- stationary and camera would be better like in photo mode in other games...but Dreams are great and it's dream come true for sure if you have a dream for making Games or Music, cartoon even start mean it's a huge, infinite possibilities
@@atomtwist3355 thanks...I also have my music with my crafted sounds and masterd so I imported one track in Dreams and the possibilitys are on the level of pro hardwere and I even have idea to use PS4 Dreams oscillators with Maschine mk3 live. In the future I will publish sounds and whole tracks for other users...ee haha I have to ad that I want to make a racing game, piramid shape objects with gloving textures all In Fibonacci context. 5 objects 3 areas 2 object can win and there is one big infinite battle in everyone of us and after this one last race winer get rewarded with? And Fibonacci start in expansion towards golden ratio... 😃 I guarantee that sound quality and possibilities are on PRO level of the best samplers on the market in 2020 vari audio is fantastic and for me as Music producer is easy to make EDM or any subgenre genre cos I now how it actually works and that is for graphics design, level design ext so Dreams can come true but colab or a year of plan and craft
Hi, I've just purchased Dreams for my son. He is mainly interested in the music production and was wondering what controller is best for this? He currently has the most basic controller without dual shock or touch screen, so need to upgrade.

The option only shows up when you're scoped into an instrument - when you're able to play the instruments with the buttons on the controller, the arpeggiator option shows up in the pallette

Can I do the same with a voice instrument?
Can you use an envelope or lfo to step through or sweep the wave shapes while you hold down a note (i.e., wavetable synthesis)?

You'll get used to the camera controls real fast, and then it becomes second nature - don't get discouraged, it's worth sticking with it ;)
