16 times in case anyone was counting. That’s basically once every 23 seconds. I was laughing out loud by the 9th time. In all seriousness I love the channel. Basically just good videos!
I rather the looks of the factory, but the fact you can shut them off is cool. Mine are loose so end up looking down, this makes me feel like buying nice ones off one being part out. Just bought my NB2 and can't wait to start modifying it, she is bone stock.
It’s easy to fix the “droop.” Including the re & re, adding some cloth tape (Ursa Tape to be precise) the entire process took me less than an hour, and the materials were about ten dollars. I like both looks (my Mazda3’s vents look very similar) so I like the contrast of the stock vents - different stroke.
Make sure to get a late 91-93 1.6. Nothing earlier. The earlier models had the SNC(short nose crank) that was full of issues. Mazda realized this and corrected it in the later years. If i were you, I'd got with the 94-98 1.8 models. My first miata was a 1.6 and i sold it and bought a 1.8 within 3 months. Just some advice, drive save
@@blackstarbucks actually picking up my first NB1 tomorrow. Excited for it :) had an NB2 on the line but the dude decide he didnt want to sell it to me specifically I guess? Idk people are weird
Hi Patrick - nice mod! Where did you get the Mitsubishi Eclipse vents from? Now that I see how easy it is to get the stock vents out, I may convert the two center ones in my 2009 NC Facelift to ones which can be closed (exactly like the outer ones). In the NC the two center vents are fixed open, believe it or not, but they look _identical_ to ones that _can_ be closed, irritatingly. I liked your "film my hands doing things" sections! All the best, Rob
One like per every “basically” in the video? Lol Thanks for making this though I thought the early 2000’s Ford cents fit but good to see you actually go through the process of making these fit
Any chance you could help me out? We don’t seem to have Mitsubishi Eclipse here in Australia :( could you track down a set and ship to me? I’m happy to cover the costs 🙏
Patty Boi Thanks! And thanks for the vid, a really good tip! Loving your content, simple and informative, also, love your miata, really clean, the NB deserves a lot more love than it gets!
Jayden; I'd suggest getting some jeep commander vents instead. They are similar but are plug and play (no cutting needed). They also freely rotate 360 degrees. So they are a little more versatile overall
add isobutane as a r134 substitute and you will be happy. I am saving around 2 gallons every fill up. uses less fuel. r134 sucks compared to new refrig

"Basically, you're just going to stick it in".
I really like the NA design - they look pretty sexy, and I have no problem with vent droop and if you do have that problem, its an ez fix.
I just finished this mod on my nb but I found using a credit card easier. Day 1 I'm loving the mod and I will tune in again after a few months.
So do you still love them?
am I the only one who thinks the factory vents look better ?
Nope
Nope
Factory vents give character to the car !!!! Love them

just got them used off of ebay, the removal of the NC vents can't be too much different than these!

Do you need to remove the soft top to put a hard top on?
nope, just needs to be down

Will my phone mount still work with the Mitsubishi vents
depends on the phone mount, mine actually works better with the mitsubishi vents
Does this work with an na?
yes but the area that you cut is slightly different from what I remember. I would try to find a DIY online for NA's specifically
Patty Boi okay thank uiu

Rick Blythin sounds good thank you
Lets make a video that will speed up everytime you say "basically"
Chrono trigger
Will this work on an na Miata
Yes, I know people have done them on those cars. I think it is the same installation I'd imagine
I own a 1994 miata and yes it does
damn i didn't realize other miatas has that weird droopy action too i just thought the previous owner put some cheap shet it

Check facebook market i found a guy who has an abundance of em. Got them for me and my boy
Ultimatebulmaro any chance you could help me get some? I’m in Australia

How to downgrade your mx5
I like the function, hate the aesthetic.
