My father was a T10/T11 paraplegic. He went to prison for 10years for “a pattern of Corrupt activities” a lifer took him under and befriended him. Took care of him, after prison dad still visited him and took his call. I had to let him know dad passed. He was more upset than dads outside friends. It was nice to know he wasn’t taken advantage of.
@@JdDelay5150 no need to be sorry, the hardest but best thing to ever happen to me was his death. No more worrying about him, no more late night calls he’s overdosed, no calls to go pick him up unconscious. It’s been a huge relief for me.
The love of my life was wheelchair bound and did 15 years in prison. Love of my life. He was so much more than "an inmate"....He knew a lot of folks.....he was the love of my life...He's out now to his heavenly home. I've missed him everyday
Everything you are saying is spot on bro. I did 14 years straight (12 maximum security) most of it at Wabash Valley. I was the first "Helpsaide" in the state of Indiana, looking after, caring for, and sharing a cell with the disabled. I literally took care of the blind, crippled, and crazy, and it was one of the best things l ever did. I also wrote my own column in my hometown newspaper for the last seven years. Prison, like life, is largely what you make of it. I'm currently looking for a select few individuals to mentor and coach through their prison experience.
As a former CO, I agree with alot of your points. Prison is a cash cow and a political pawn. 90% of the dudes i met could've been given a huge hand up with substance and mental health counseling, real vocational training.
When I hired people at my old I loved hiring vets and cons.. hardest working, nicest most helpful and I never had a con or a vet do me dirty like the entitled generation. Love your videos dude.
Hey brother, I want to take a second to just thank you for giving people their second chance. Not a lot of people have enough compassion and empathy to do that. I have no doubt that you have made huge positive affects on those human beings. I know that the people who have hired me knowing my record, I hold huge loyalty in my heart for them to this day!
@@JdDelay5150 brother I grew up in a house with a navy captain dad..mom was a cop and step-dad was a cop but they drilled in my head to never judge a person for there past especially when they're trying to move forward. I'm a disabled vet turned biker.. the good kinda biker lol.. I feel safe around con's and vets except the diaper door dashers. They can die. I give you my word that any vet or con that stands next to me will never again stand alone. Take care brother ill look for the next video.
i recently went from mechanical/ construction to medical and bounced around from phlebotomy to medical assistant, then transferred to care, giving to find out what i enjoy. Being a caregiver, I found to be the most rewarding and working in hospice I found to be the hardest. You, never forget your 1st. working in there. I really appreciate what yall do for them in there. Giving your time to someone is probably the most precious thing you can give. Time you'll never get it back.
Id like to see a program where convicts and vets or nursing homes collaborate. Young people getting to help elders, and old timers get to talk to troubled youth.
You should write a book. More people need to hear things like this, especially the part about how most people in prison aren't in for life and it benefits everyone if they aren't completely broken when they re-enter society.
I was in a homeless shelter that helped men and women transition from jail. Let me tell you that those people were some of the best people in the world! I had brain surgery while I was in the shelter. I had these big scary looking guys taking my tray to my chair, pulling my chair out for me, taking it back to the staff, helping me up, taught me dominos.. (btw, I had a guy in for theft offer to take me to Vegas to help him hustle LMFAO!) And it was the best time of my life. I would trust a good percentage of those men and women over my family any day. Thank you for advocating for them. I love listening to your stories!
as someone who is disabled and neurodivergent, it's nice to know that people in prison will look out for the disabled and neurodivergent. and if for some reason my impulses and anger get the better of me and i steal a neglected and abused pet out of someone's yard, there will be someone that has my back.
Encouraging to know that disabled folks are taken care of inside. For what it’s worth, I was in a mental hospital (NOT LIKE PRISON, ITS CO-ED AND SUICIDES ARE MORE COMMON THAN ASSAULTS) for a couple weeks a couple years ago and there were a couple elderly patients in there. Some of the people would laugh about one of the old dudes who would pee himself and stuff like that, but I always sat with him at meals and got his tray for him and would get his walker and stuff for him. When he was discharged before I was he shook my hand and thanked me. Some elderly and disabled need help they don’t get from these institutions. Looking back I would have gladly taken an ass beating for standing up for this dude
As someone who suffers from chronic pain and disabilities i appreciate that you stood up for others with such issues. And regardless of the crimes and mistakes you may have made it shows that deep down, you have compassion for others. It may not seem like much to some but it does matter.
I've another with that same thing, pain levels on 7 on a good day and in a wheelchair from MS too. My hubby now has stage 3 cirrhosis from a shot he took (yeah...that shot) and is disabled. We really need a wheelchair van but that's not going to happen, too damned expensive. I love JD and his mission, he's a wonderful guy. My little brother was incarcerated for 10 years and I'm thankful he cam out and is doing okay. He could have used a guy like JD back when that happened.
I ran across your content randomly, just strolling through, but its actually really educational for someone who has never been inside. I've never been arrested for anything, but I've seen firsthand through family members what the system can do to people. For years, I've been trying to put together a proposal for alternatives to jail/prison for non-violent offenders and promote recovery and reform. Your videos really gives a window into how the system works, the community on the inside, and provides some proof that not everyone that goes to jail is a "bad person". Please keep doing what you're doing, brother. You're doing more good than you know.
Its good to see ppl helping and protecting the disabled and it's really nice just to see men actually helping and caring for other men in general for a change.the system does not care about us at all so we have to start having compassion for and helping each other
JD, it’s not just the prison system that doesn’t give the disabled what they need but the state systems that are supposed to help those with extreme mental disabilities as well. A lot of people who aren’t able to get into/stay in a group home end up staying the emergency room because there’s no where for them to go. It’s really sad that the most vulnerable of our communities are just pushed under the rug and forgotten about the system that’s supposed to be there to help them
It's now illegal newly written legislation USA Similar to if you don't know your rights, they deny don't won't tell them.. Why mental health units have no beds?? All because the same old Paid peanuts are in out of beds needed for people whom need them, sooooo 1 member of staff must advise sick note diagnosis and paid sickpay 2 week every 4 PIP ( USA SDD ) 350/690 won't end up back in Mental health when Paid correctly. Rights to emergency accommodation hotel awaiting housing. Legislation for over 40 yrs U K cannot refuse mental health or and disabled people on the street... IT'S ILLEGAL
High % of USA homeless are "Tlmed out" Foster care or children homes kicked to the street 18 yrs old >> NOW THE USA SOCIAL SERVICES SOCIAL SECURITY HAVE TO CATER FOR THEM FOR AT LEAST 10 YRS UNTIL THEY'RE 26 SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT...
This is good to hear, I was a premier division rugby player until a severe brain injury when I was in my 20's. I'm legally blind now, and have permanent cognitive deficits. Thank you. Sober +15 years too!
Me and three of my homies were hanging out at a park in L.A. CALIFORNIA and I saw a old dude picking on and yelling at a girl and I yelled out to him and we chased him then after we checked on the girl and found out she was deaf so I communicated with her through my phone I found out she didn't live far she actually lived pretty close so I put her on my back and carried her home so after all that we visit her every time we're out in L.A. stay blessed and don't be a bully
I've never had any real trouble with the law, and I started watching you just for some crazy prison stories, but the more I watch, the more I realize that there are a lot of prisoners who just make bad mistakes and are more than just their crimes. You've shown a side of the prison system I never knew about and certainly didn't expect to see. Thanks JD.
I'm a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran. I've always wondered how Vets and the Disabled would fare in prison. Thank you for enlightening us. I'd also like to know what happens to Politicians when they get locked up. Hopefully, it's the same as the pedos get.
Depends on the system. Most states, people just do their own time. Prison sucks and most people have no desire to do from now on just because someone else doesn't want to get their hands dirty. In states where the prisons are controlled by the Mexicans, then it's all about extortion and your charges only matter if you're a mark. If you are tough enough, you'll be a shotcaller of any gang on the West Coast within a year even if you're a serial child rapist who eats dogs and beats women. If you're bitchmade, then you're gonna be someone's wife even if you're only inside because you refused to snitch on your codefendants. Even after they snitched on you. This guy is entertaining, but he's not presenting a real picture of prisons and jails. Incarceration is a world of extremes, and what determines where someone will stand is often circumstance and coincidence. You happen to know someone, or happen to get along with someone, or someone happens to think you remind them of their son, and you find yourself living a relatively comfortable life even though you're inside for beating your girlfriend into a coma after she accused you of having an illicit affair with your underage cousin. You happen to be brand new, and you happen to have surrendered your glasses so they give you them Chomo 3000s, and you happen to have kind of long hair, and you're afraid so you stay in your cell, and you might very well find yourself being woken up by someone taking your shoes even though you're charged with assault after beating up a man who was attempting to kidnap a kid. In both of these scenarios, the other inmates are going to be fairly evenly split between the people who like you, the people who don't like you and the people who don't give a fuck about you, and none of them are going to do anything about it.
@Joe-kx7bl If you go to prison or convicted. I sat in jail for 7 months fighting my charges collecting benefits. I didn't know until I got out that the jail guards contacted wounded warriors and had my rating raised from 30% to 100%.
I worked at a state pen in VA for a year or so after I got out of the Army, running the food operation. I loved my guys. I had to convince them I was just as fucked up as they were but I never got caught. I took care of em too.
JD as a disabled person, I never really thought about this. Thanks for bringing it to light. I started watching your shorts (*boy that sounds gay saying it outloud) and you have really got me thinking about our criminal justice and prison systems in a different light. Thank you. You are a really good spokesman for your community. Keep it up, you are doing more than you know!
As someone with pretty noticeable autistic traits, it actually makes me a bit happier that autistics like myself have a better chance of being defended while in prison. I appreciate your existence, JD, and I'm glad there are great people like you in and out of the system, making this darkened world a little brighter. May the gods watch over your battles friend
@@cardboardbox191that's what I was thinking, most people have a little something on the spectrum... it is after all a broad spectrum. I didn't think prisoners would care if they even noticed autism unless it was quite obvious.

I had a buddy who was in max and he has very mad mental issues. He told me the COs are very helpful in letting you know whats up. He said there was genuine sympathy from everyone in there. Nice to know compassion isnt lost on those with nothing left.
This is awesome. I used to fight all the time in high school defending students with disabilities. Now I'm technically disabled cuz of my CPTSD & a couple major health issues. Life is sure crazy.
Thankyou for your service. The "kids" that pick on special-needs kids are the 2nd lowest of the low, just barely above child-molesters... Best wishes from Australia, if there's something out there you deserve a blessing. Hope you can recover, the things you did in school represent a warrior spirit. I've seen too many good people suffer while too many cockroaches live blessed lives to believe in God or Karma, but I really do wish you a speedy recovery with all my heart. Stay strong brother.

I haven’t heard anyone else say that in a long time. Love your channel. Came across you on shorts and then just started doing tuning into your videos and Man. I love your content and your energy.
Amen, you're stating what I'm learning in my Justice Studies master classes. That "lock 'em up and throw away the key" crap is not a successful route to take!
Thanks JD! I follow a few ex convict YT channels and always wondered how it is for ppl with disabilities? This is the first video on that subject and it was a real eye opener. It brought a tear to my eye to see theres still some compassion in amongst all of prisons challenges, so thanks for that! Cheers brother!
I’ve worked with the inmate fire crews and they are some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever worked with and most of them are good people that made bad decisions
Absolutely! I always wanted to get out to fire camp, but they wouldn’t let me because I had an escape attempt that they had to drop the charges for, but it still affected my security level.
Thats all most convicts are, good ppl put in bad situations an made the wrong decision/choice. This dose not apply to pedos or the ones doing life on there time( This is the ones who get out and go right back over an over.) You got to think alot ppl do not get money put on there books for canteen and to use the phone nor do they get visits. 9 out of 10 times when you go away you get forgot you are out of sight an out of mind you have no one to depend on but you yourself an you. That is if you dont click up(join a gang). But they work the way they do to keep that job an keep money on their books if they have made honor grade an got work release there time is getting short 3 years or less to go on work release in North Carolina. And to be honest they are not trying to go home broke or do without in prison 9 out of 10 go to work bust there ass so they get to keep leaving prison everyday to go to work for 8 10 hrs a day. I know thats how I was anyway. Only fucked up thing is when you do get work release the prison charges your ass rent. I do no for a fact North Carolina dose anyway you pay to eat sleep an shit in prison if you ever make honor grade an get work release they also take restitution an any money you owe the state out as well. and do that every paycheck. I worked 55 60 hrs a week at a place called Blacks Tire as a mechanic an got paid 12.50 an hour and I kept 100 to a 120 bucks out of my checks I got paid every two weeks an was bringing home, or bringing the prison over a grand every two weeks. Its a fucked up system but everyone is going to take there share b4 you get anything and you can take that to the bank. Every video i have watched alot of JD's video's and what he says is true down to the core.
I did too in the 90's out in California. Those guys were working fools. I feel like they were used like slaves though. I got payed. Those dudes just got to work I guess.
Thank you. I established a prison ministry at my church and subsequently joined three additional prison ministries. I am also blind, and have often wondered what happens when disabled people are sent to jail or prison. God bless you for your work.
Never been to prison, but jail several times for bs because I got into a fight with a cop and they wouldn’t leave me alone after that. Some of the best dudes I ever met have done time. It’s beautiful to see dudes lookin out for each other in such a terrible environment. Thanks for this video.

You are so right! I was convicted of a misdemeanor (lets just say not the first time) in a certain county in CA and did some county jail time again. I got ten years probation, ten years. They wanted me to reoffend so they could lock me up and make money off my ass. I showed them I stopped being an ass and never went back. Great channel keep it up!

Just providing human perspective so we can remember that most of em are still human. Even if some of em are stupid humans, none of em like the ones who gave up their humanity.
JD, thanks for sharing the truth with us on the outside and hopefully keeping us out. I've only been in jail twice, the last time was two days before my birthday and just a month and a half later I was was hospitalized for 45 cause I came down with MRSA and Sepsis. I didn't enjoy either place and I plan on staying out but I try to help my bros on the outside to keep clean and remind them how good they've got it now. Don't do anything stupid that you'll regret later in live that could phuque up the rest of your life. I'm 13 years sober now and going to keep it it up. Once again thanks for being there for the less unfortunate ones that can't help themselves.
This is good to hear and know. I’m a nurse that worked mental health for many years. Not anymore though. Honestly, got burnt out. Mental health is a revolving door, it’s sad. I watched helplessly as many good people got pushed into the prison system because they had no where else to go.
I was in prison in Holland for 9 months and what you’re describing is pretty much how it went for me. I was up on fraud charges and guilty as hell. I’ve been in a wheelchair for most of my life. I didn’t have much but guys in there looked out for me and I helped them out where I could. Being a good cook and a pretty decent jailhouse lawyer got me through just fine. I’m glad to see you doing so well and finding your own sense of community. Stay strong brother and keep doing your thing and improving yourself.
@@TheFailedmessiah Have you ever been locked up there? It’s absolutely different but it’s prison. They put me on a wing that normally reserved for cons with a sentence longer than 10 years because of the facilities for wheelchair users. Thank you to anyone who has ever stuck up for anyone who has difficulties the rest of us don't.
I fully agree that there needs to be more focus on the mental health aspect, with that, those who have mental health or trauma need to be strong enough to be open and honest when they have opportunities to speak to a therapist and get the work done. The hardest parts of therapy is being honest and doing the work.
You said there are some good people in prison. I agree 100%. I've been a cop for 28 years and I trust inmates more than I do other cops. At least with inmates and convicts there is a code and honor amongst them. Never had a problem making a arrest. Guess it's because I respect everyone as long as they respect me.
As a momma of a disabled kiddo (who'll never get locked as I'm currently even having to carry his 16 yr old self to washroom 😅) it makes me happy to know convicts are sometimes ASL trained 💚 moving over to n.idaho this summer, maybe own new home aide should be towards the ones that reform. The idea of seeing an affiliated of that life doing sign and playing with an Elmo was a mental thought that really makes me giggle. (And that y'all really do seem to have a better honor code than some, really cool) As usual, comment is paying my social credit score to your algorithm overlords. I just drove by your favorite desert resort three days ago JD, enroute from Portland to a little town in southern Tennessee. I definitely thought about you and your stories of how much you enjoyed your vacation out there in sunny Ontario, Oregon as I passed by that sign for "Correctional Facility... do not pick up hitchhikers". Seriously... I'm just fuckin with you. But I did remember you as we passed it. It was nighttime, and I'd forgotten how brightly lit those places are. There's worse things to forget I guess. But not everything... forgetting history dooms us to repeat it, and we both have a very powerful and profound reason to not do that.... One love... our families need us home with them.
Foreal i seen the same thing in jail when i first got there i was terrified everyone treated me like shit and bullied me then i showed out got thrown in solitary behind the nursing unit for a month, when i finally got back to gen pop i had friends there was locked in my cell 23 hours a day and they would come talk to me at my door and slide me hygiene and candy bars officers would also sneak me books to read even though they werent supposed to!!! I got outta my cell on Christmas all the other inmates advocated for me that id been in there long enough!!! When they finally let me out of my cell it had been 3 months and the director had no clue why i was even in there!!!
Absolutely brother! In all honesty, the people who I’ve seen be the worst to disabled inmates was the staff. Categorically. And that makes my blood boil.
@@JdDelay5150 Believe it or not I've had to deal with being bullied by people because they automatically think that I'm an easy target and that since I'm in a wheelchair I won't fight back until I started fighting back. And I'm 33 now and still get people that treat me like I'm less of a man or human in general because I can't walk. It's stupid but it happens and to be honest I expected you to tell that most of the prison population targets people like me this king that we are easy targets.
@@bradslone2409 I am sorry to hear that you have been bullied your whole life bro, I myself struggled with being bullied all through my youth but I had taken hold of my life, joined the U.S. Army went to combat in Baghdad Iraq and was injured while I was there and now I’m half the man I was physically but twice the man emotionally and in my heart. I don’t know why as adults people still think it’s ok to bully another person especially for things that you’re obviously not capable of controlling. As if you choose to be bound to a wheelchair. People can be so cruel, nasty, inhuman and heartless. Stay strong and don’t allow them to tear you down as a human
@@bradslone2409When I was in high school, I had friends in wheelchairs, with real bad CP, and similar issues. I also ran with a pretty rough crowd at the time, but *everyone* knew no one messed with people who were handicapped or had issues beyond their control. It was a given. Even at that age, there was a difference between doing work or making money or handling things and being a bully, and no one liked bullies. Hell, I'm pretty sure half the people that got in fights to stop the bullies were just doing it because they just really liked fighting, but the outcome was always the same. No one who couldn't take care of themselves all the time got dogged on. Ever.
@@jameschaney1221I'm sorry you're experiencing that, but it sounds like you're still making the best of a rough situation. Personally, if I see someone messing with someone less capable than them (children, women, the elderly, the handicapped, etc), I lose my shit. We're probably gong to see how you like fighting a grown ass man instead, because that just doesn't fly. I've never been able to stand bullies, not even as a kid. I was already getting into a crazy amount of fights in grade school, but it was usually against someone else's bully. I never had to deal with much of that myself, personally, but probably just because I was already too quick to smack someone down.
By the way, your upbeat attitude is very infectious ☺️ I can tell that you are just loving life and living it to the fullest. Have an awesome day and I raised my cup of coffee to you good sir ☺️☕
I used to write to random prison inmates looking for pen pals because I not only do I love getting old fashioned hand written mail but I feel like I'm also helping someone who's probably lonely. I would usually write to ppl who were there for long sentences and I was understanding of the reason why they were there, however those certain people are often mentioned here would be the ones I would avoid. Ive always loved helping people and I've been told I'm far too trusting of people because I believe everyone deserves a chance to give a first impression at least. What caught my attention besides the point of the video was how you mentioned prison art and I found that quite interesting and would like to see how I could get something. Also thanks for defending those disabled people to those of us who are disabled its a good feeling knowing there's good men even in prison and folks can change.
Great video JD! The prison system is just a sad state of affairs. You see you are told to serve time and then you have paid for that crime. The truth is you will never be done paying for the crime because your crime carries with you. A large portion of people go back to prison because they can not find a job that pays enough to survive and with most jobs requiring a background check they see your crimes and will not hire you. So what choice do they have not to pay their bills or commit more crimes to pay the bills? To help the issue the community has to forgive and give them a chance to make enough to survive. Not everyone will make use of the chance but some will and that is the point to give them the chance to do right. There is no point in re-integrating people back into the community to just be shunned for a crime they are told has been paid for. Time is a hell of a punishment btw in the military, I got a heavy dose of that.
It was that way in the Virginia system when I pulled time. There were guys who were wheelchair bound or hobbling around on crutches that others looked out for as long as their paperwork checked out. Even elderly men who were too old and frail to fight, as long as their paperwork checked out, they were taken care of. If some "inmate" wanted to mess with them it was considered weak, and the "Convicts" would handle those inmates! I like the way JD tells it straight from the cuff! It's fact from my experience!
I think about Oregon and I see Portland, hipsters and old people... I imagine you see something quite different when you think about Oregon... keep going JD
I’m disabled. The fuckn sheriffs. When I was locked up I had a stroke at 30 wtf yeah true. I woke up in icu a couple months later. Ain’t getting me back in cuffs. I have ptsd from the streets and especially from this.
6:16 that goes for mental disabilities too, I know that one first hand. I messed up, robbed a gas station, could prove I was down for that, and, I had lifers looking out for me, and, they didn’t take my chikes in return, they were just good dudes, that saw I was a young kid, with some issues upstairs that didn’t allow me to notice when someone was trying to pull a fast one on me.
Yes, I've got scars on my skull from my own parents, and seizures for life. Stuttering, spasms I can't control. No one would even think about messing with me. I got cleared, had the papers to prove it, and explained what was going on with me. From that moment on, if anyone even tried something, they'd end up in a bad way. I was hurt badly as a kid, and it messed me up for life. But people took care of me. Seizures all the time, spacing out, losing my food because I couldn’t feed myself on a bad day? Yeah, guys would read my books to me if I asked. You find a whole new level of human compassion in there. Out here? People are ruthless.
How can you tell the difference between a person with funny charges and a person who doesn’t know better and really doesn’t want to talk about their case based on lawyers advice. Do these people just keep their mouth shut and let their paperwork speak for itself?
Ive recently discovered your videos and want to say that it's a relief to finally see that good role models for young men still exist in todays world.they need your message and need to realize that being a damn man is ok.its ok to be chivalrous, its ok to say yes sir and yes ma'am.and its definitely okay to clap that pedo for being a monster.Good work my dude, judge a man by who he is,not his past.
I'm really proud of you for speaking up and speaking about people with disabilities in prison because the guards or at least most of them don't give a shit about the inmates with disabilities. JD You're 1 hyper person and I would've hated to see what you were like on methamphetamine.. HOLY SHIT !
I know you kinda answered this in video, but could you go into more detail about how art is treated in prison? Clearly convicts are able to buy the supplies, but are they supported as they try to develop skills? Is there some exception art, where it is stolen less? And what about other skills, such as writing, singing, poetry, or even expanding your education? I don't expect it to be a free college education, but are there tools to better yourself at all?
lol life skills, hell they dont even teach that to children in the public school system. however you are right we need a hell of a lot more mental health programs to help people. the way i have helped myself is by turning off all social media except for youtube and discord. i feel for your friends pain i broke my back at L1 in sep of 98 i was a senior in high school who made a bunch of stupid decisions that got my ass hurt. remember guys be humble and have some form of personal responsibility for your actions.
And to be perfectly honest, don’t you think that the amount of people being locked up would significantly decreased if we were taught life skills in school? Do you think they don’t know that? But prisons are huge industry in this country. If you follow the dollars, it all makes sense.
"Like Bob Ross on bath salts" fuck man, that caught me off guard, made me spit vodka through my nose laughing, I'm in pain but can't stop laughing omg 😂
Wow. That is amazing art. What's the cost to commission him? I want a piece drawn up for a tattoo. To honor my best friend that was murdered 4 years ago by her abusive boyfriend. His art really speaks to me and I feel he'd be able to add a depth to it that most artists couldn't. Something that would show how much it fucking hurts to have someone taken away for no goddamn reason.

That’s awesome! Not the tragic parts. That the lifer looked out. Sorry for your loss.

Holy shit everybody's disabled then. Since I have migraines every 5 months I'm gonna start using that
They are far more likely to target them for it.
It kinda is like prison just the hospital version
Coming from someone who do 70 months on my first an last bid its all truth.
Its good to see ppl helping and protecting the disabled and it's really nice just to see men actually helping and caring for other men in general for a change.the system does not care about us at all so we have to start having compassion for and helping each other
hmm maybe they didn't see the crowd of circle jerkers calling them gay?
JD, it’s not just the prison system that doesn’t give the disabled what they need but the state systems that are supposed to help those with extreme mental disabilities as well. A lot of people who aren’t able to get into/stay in a group home end up staying the emergency room because there’s no where for them to go. It’s really sad that the most vulnerable of our communities are just pushed under the rug and forgotten about the system that’s supposed to be there to help them

Crappy out here in Winnipeg they go to general population what happens from there not there problem
I think there are two Veteran videos.
I think we loose our va money if we go to jail.

@@JdDelay5150 it's 100% my honor and I put everyone I know down with your channel even those who never been locked up cause while your stories and all are wrapped up in a prison wrapper the inside message is far greater and reaches more then ex cons and addicts so I put all my people's hip to you even my mom's and she loves your channel.also ordered some convict clothing apparel as did my people's .I'll be here promoting appreciating and supporting you aslong as your doing this bro.

hey i’m also in a wheelchair. very informative because i’ve always wondered what happened. and thank you for standing up for people like me.
ill stand up for you
Wheelchair now15months for me whole new ballgame 😮😢
They made bad choices not mistakes
Same same
Always got be a captain obvious that wants some morality clout coins I guess....smh man be quiet
Thank you for posting this. A good friend of mine is in a wheelchair and I had never even thought about this.
Never thought about it but now I NEED TO KNOW!!!
I've been curious about this because Ive been in a wheelchair my whole life and I've never been to jail at all. Thanks for doing this.
I'm a caseworker. There's only 3 kinds of inmates I hate dealing with.
1. Chomos
2. Woman Beaters
3. Inmates who are proud of what they done
By the way, your upbeat attitude is very infectious ☺️ I can tell that you are just loving life and living it to the fullest. Have an awesome day and I raised my cup of coffee to you good sir ☺️☕
Thank you, my friend! I have a lot to be grateful for! I’ve been blessed and receive Grace beyond what I deserve! Much love and respect to you!
@@JdDelay5150 ☺️☺️☺️☺️👍👍👍👍
Your videos and your energy are dope G. Hope you blow up with these videos
For sure . It's coming...
👍😊🇨🇦
I've been there and been out since 1996 I made a promise to myself that I would never go back
I just love how this dude is always fully amped up
How can you tell the difference between a person with funny charges and a person who doesn’t know better and really doesn’t want to talk about their case based on lawyers advice.
HOLY SHIT !
Thankx for being who you are💯
Thanks bro appreciate ya ❤
JD, you rock, man. Be well and God Bless.
That dudes art is badass
Man everything you have to say is on point. So glad I found your channel, keep up the great work!
Just gotta say, I respect the sh*t out of you JD. Love the energy and what you have to tell is always interesting.
Inmates are people too and We have heart.
Wtf a real outlaw glad he is on our side now good channel bro ❤😂
lol life skills, hell they dont even teach that to children in the public school system. however you are right we need a hell of a lot more mental health programs to help people. the way i have helped myself is by turning off all social media except for youtube and discord. i feel for your friends pain i broke my back at L1 in sep of 98 i was a senior in high school who made a bunch of stupid decisions that got my ass hurt. remember guys be humble and have some form of personal responsibility for your actions.
And to be perfectly honest, don’t you think that the amount of people being locked up would significantly decreased if we were taught life skills in school? Do you think they don’t know that? But prisons are huge industry in this country. If you follow the dollars, it all makes sense.
@@JdDelay5150 100 percent agree.
"Like Bob Ross on bath salts" fuck man, that caught me off guard, made me spit vodka through my nose laughing, I'm in pain but can't stop laughing omg 😂

Appreciate what your doing. righteous brother
@JD Delay hook it up with this guy's info for some art!!
