@@wayneyeng6 check your swirl flaps, my actuator moves with a vacuum pump but the flaps were staying closed. this can sound like a air noise and not show up any DTC codes at times
Hi. Do you have to remove everything you did to remove the egr/cooler or was it because you removed the manifold as well? I want to remove the egr assembly but don't want to disassemble as much as you did

Mine started to hiss loudly under load (boost) the turbo spool is not as prominent as it was.

If you want to remove the intake manifold, you should remove the EGR system as well. To clean the EGR cooler, I had to take the EGR off.
@@b.k.automotiveservices9489 just bore scoped the manifold and my swirlflaps are jammed closed, so new manifold.
