INGREDIENTS 🔻: mold 24 cm
• 300 g of flour 00
• 100 g of sugar
• a pinch of salt
• zest of one lemon
• 1 egg
• 200 g of butter
For the cream:
• 4 yolks
• 130 g of sugar
• 100 g of corn starch or cornstarch
• 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin
• 1 liter of milk
• 2 large apples
• 40 g of butter
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• half a teaspoon of cinnamon
