    Ingredients:
    400g ground biscuit
    250g butter (melted)
    200g cream cheese
    200g sugar
    vanilla extract (one spoon) - optional
    200g chocolate - dark or milk
    200 ml heavy cream
    100g dark chocolate
    100 ml heavy cream
    50g milk chocolate
    How to make?
    1. Mix 400 g ground biscuits and 250 g melted margarine in a bowl. Then pour the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 24 cm.
    2. Mix 200 g cream cheese, 200 g sugar and one spoonful of vanilla extract with a mixer. When you get a cream structure, add 200 g of melted chocolate. Mix to combine the ingredients.
    3. In a separate bowl, beat 200 ml of heavy cream with a mixer. Combine with the cream cheese mixture and mix.
    4. When a uniform mixture is obtained, spread the mixture over the biscuit layer and put it in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight to cool down.
    5. When it has cooled, melt 100 g of dark chocolate in a bowl with a hot bath. When the chocolate melts, add 100 ml of heavy cream. Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Whipping cream should be added gradually.
    6. Pour the mixture of chocolate and whipped cream over the cream layer and put it in the fridge for 1 hour to cool.
    7. Decorate with 50 g of milk chocolate.
