He became so popular and demanding that all other heroes were out.
So they launched a conspiracy to defame and tarnish this brilliant actors image in public

Shahid is a legend of Pakistan. I watched so.e of his early movies while I was in Pakistan like tehzeeb, murai and ansoo.Although waheed was my favourite because of his chocolaty look and romantic acting I personally couldn't accept shaheed because of his rough look.His hair was not in place and was mostly not groomed which made him unacceptable. Now after 50 years he looks great very intelligent and attractive. May Allah him health and family happiness.

Shahid Sahib is Cousin of My Late Father. My father used to live in their home near Anar Kali. My sister took exams on BA her centre was in Oriental college. Aunty Gi would leave her to the examination hall and bring her. She is really a great lady. My father was son of a landlord but after partition passed her life as a Second Master in the High School.
