I would love to see a "review" of your hospital bag, now that you've had the baby, what was an essential what was a waste of space and so on :) hope you and your new little family are doing good!💗
Thank you Fleur for all of this prefilmed content, it’s lovely to watch your videos knowing you’ve given yourself the time to enjoy these first few weeks with your little one! I’m a midwife and I can’t tell you how important it is to give yourself a break at this stage and go with the flow 💕
I'd love to see a follow-up video to see how many items you actually used while there lol! I love that you were prepared, I'm like that too, I'd say rather have it there than not! My 1st was a water birth at a birth center, literally brought a pillow with me, and change of clothes, was home 3 hrs later. My 2nd came early and I ended up on hospital bed rest for 2 freaking weeks! So I felt like I had a whole wardrobe with me when I left. Lol.
I’d be curious to know now what ended up being essential, what you didn’t need, and what you wish you’d packed but didn’t. Congrats on the baby! Sending love ❤️
I'm 21 and not planning on having a baby anytime soon but strangely really enjoyed this video !! So excited to hear the name of your beautiful baby girl 😘 congrats Fleur
I’m not pregnant and don’t have children but I love watching your pregnancy videos! I’ve only recently started watching your videos and I love them so much. You seem so down to earth and your videos are easy to watch. Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl! Hope you and Mike are enjoying spending some well deserved family time together getting to know your baby girl 😊
Hey Fleur loved your video! Had a little giggle as you are. Dry well prepared for your visit to hospital. Would love to see a follow up video to see how many of the item you actually used. I have had 3 and didn't use half the stuff I packed, all was good intentions but better to have and not need then to need and not have !
I had a C-section 27 years ago and way back then we had to stay in the hospital for 5 days. I know how it feels to have a C-section. Try to rest as much as you can. I know it is hard to do because you are caring for your baby girl. It helped me to put a bed pillow on my lap when I fed my son. So very happy for you and Mike on the birth of your daughter.
I watched your video and was amazed at how times have changed! My daughter just turned 50 days ago and my son is 37! You appear to be ready for situations I would have never considered! My hospital bag was much lighter and smaller than yours! Different approaches, successful results!
Hi Fleur, I was wondering if you could do a video on your C section experience, I've heard mixed things about them and would love to hear your thoughts!
I'd love one of these as well! My mum had three and she found the recovery fine, but I know some people have different experiences (congrats on your gorgeous little girl too!
I don't do video but im a csection momma and i can tell you from experience they're good but rough..the healing process is the hardest just take your time and make sure to take your medicine it does really help. but baby it soppo very worth it
Congratulations Fleur and Mike! My husband and I use an app called “Baby Tracker” on our phones. It tracks when baby feeds, when baby’s diaper was changed (and if it was wet, dirty or mixed), amongst other things. You can also have the app on as many phones as you like and it all syncs everything someone logs in something. We found that very helpful in remembering when baby fed and if we had to check on her diaper etc.
I know you cannot wait to meet your baby! One thing I brought was a pair of flip flops to wear in the shower. (Just like at the gym) I also brought pajamas/robe and soft bras to wear because you just start feeling "frumpy" in the hospital gowns. And, once you have had the surgery, you will be walking the halls to get your strength back. Again, I also brought my skin care and makeup. I can look at the baby books and feel good about how I look! The main thing you want to do is start moving around as soon as possible. There are many pros to having a C-section. I had a friend who had her baby the same week I had my first. Her baby came really fast and she had to have LOTS of stitches. I know that I recovered faster than she did! Take advantage of the extra days in the hospital to sleep. I know you will want the baby with you all the time... but it is better to go home somewhat rested so use the nursery when you want to sleep. Such an exciting time!
Was so lovely watching this video, I still get a tad emotional knowing an amazing couple who have been an inspiration to me now have this beautiful baby girl. Hope you are all doing well, & the dogs & cats have welcomed their new sister! Lots of love to you all!
I had a c section with my little girl and now she’s 6 months old :) she’s growing so so fast and you’ll see how fast yours will grow too. I used a wheel bag too for the hospital. I can’t wait to hear her name that you choose for her. But no rush! You tell us when your ready.
My sister-in-law has my nephew this past Wednesday morning. She was due to be induced at 6am that day but went into labor earlier and had him at 4:30am. She had to have an emergency Csection because he was breach. But the awesome part was that she only spent 1 night in the hospital after the surgery. They said that she was doing so well after the surgery that they were discharged around 3pm Thursday. Praying for a quick recovery for you as well!! I spent the week loving on my precious nephew and helping her around the house and it was the best feeling ever!!
I would love to see you 'react' to this video after you are back from your leave. Not in a dramatic way, more just, yeah, didn't use that, or I am SO glad I packed that :)
Yes very strange seeing so many comments on last weeks video and today demanding to know the babys name and see her, keep saying " oh we followed Fleur since she was 19 ".. it doesn't give them rights to the baby though does it, sure Fleur will keep her away from the internet as much as possible and keep her private at home X
I can't wait to see baby de force. You're gonna be a great mum. I wish you the best of luck for your birth and hope she comes out healthy and I'm sure she's gonna be GORGEOUS 💗💙💓❤🌏
I think these are my favorite videos to watch because it’s like all the wonderful excitement just before the baby comes like packing for the best trip ever!
You look so apprehensive and tense in this video. I'm so happy that everything went so well with the birth. Lots of love for you, Mike and the little angel! ❤️❤️
The "Feed Baby" app was my lifeline when I had my second daughter. It times feeds, you can modify it to which breast you feed from, nappy changes, medicine administered etc. It's a freaking awesome app and so helpful!
In Spain, vaginal birth is 48h minimum. They don’t let you go home until they have done the heel test to the baby which is done at 48h after birth. Cesarean is 5 day minimum from moment of birth minimum.
35 weeks now with my 2nd. I way overpacked for my first- but I have been way procrastinating so this video will give me motivation to get me act together :)
Congratulations on your beautiful baby, enjoy her for as long as you want, people leaving nasty and demanding comments is just unnecessary, she's your child and you're entitled to keep her to yourself for as long as you want ❤️❤️
Exciting! I definitely overpacked for when I was in the hospital. All I ended up wearing were the hospital gowns/robes they provided at the hospital. I did really like having my own soap and products I was used to using for when I wanted to freshen up. I also liked having coconut water and my own snacks! Best of luck!
For anyone reading (mommy of two) my top recommendations would be lavender essential oil. I put some on the front of my gown when in labor to smell to help relax through contractions. Everyone who came in the room commented how calming and smart that was. Chapstick! Nursing gown for post delivery because the hospitals make you feel naked the snaps and ties suck. Hydrating face spray. I used this after I washed my face every am to help wake me up. I also would spray on my face every time I went to the bathroom. It helped me feel a little more clean and awake. I’d also recommend bringing two easy nighty for baby because I found the hospital ones not warm and uncomfortable to put on and off during changing. I preferred zip up pjs or one piece gowns with the elastic at the bottom
I agree 100%. I had an emergency c-section with my first son and wasnt packed properly. Thankfully we lived very close to the hospital and my husband was able to run home and gather more for me and baby. My daughter was a scheduled c-section and I packed completely different and felt so much better.
Yeah that seems like a lot of stuff to take to the hospital for a birth but y'know, everyone is different and likes having different things with them. And I find - from person experience and the experience of friends - that we do tend to overpack with the first baby, because we have no idea what to expect! With the second baby you have a better idea of what things you're going to use and what things you can leave at home. I hope your hospital stay was comfortable! ❤
Hey Fleur! I’ve been watching you for years! I’ve just recently found out I was pregnant with my second baby 😍 but I remember finding out you’re pregnant and now we are both pregnant! How fun!!
Thank you for still uploading videos while having a new baby... it would be very interesting to do a follow up on what you actually used and anything you wish you didn't bother taking or things you wish you did take 😊
Congratulations on your sweet girl. My baby is nearly grown. I’ve enjoyed watching you go through your pregnancy on your vlog and your Instagram stories since baby’s arrived. It’s brought back such a sweet nostalgia for me xo
Yay! Love this video - so honest and heartwarming. My hospital bag is packed now, too and I also think it is sooo scary. Can’t believe that this Thursday is my due date. Also wanted to say that you and Mike are wonderful parents - your little girl is so loved ❤️
Congratulations to a beautiful family! I'm expecting to have a baby in few weeks and so happy for you! Thank you for posting the videos in such a special time. Wishing all the best! Loved the video.
Just wanted to say i have had a natural birth and a cesarean and I loved my cesarean. It took me 12 months to get over the natural birth - bad tear which got infected; post partum pain for 12 months; and long term medical issues. So my second birth was a cesarean and it hardly hurt post-op (good pain meds), and I was up and about within a day. Loved it!! Good luck and god bless for a happy healthy baby...that's all that matters. 💜💜💜💜💜 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼 💜💜💜💜💜
Congratulations Fleur! I am not interested in babies or babystuff whatsoever but I've watched every single of your babyrelated videos and loved them just because you have such an amazing personality. I'm sure you and Mike will make wonderful parents, I'm very happy for you and good luck to both of you!
Congratulations Fleur! Every time I see a photo of the baby on Instagram it brightens up my day a little because she is so cute☺️ I kept on rewatching when you filmed a ‘vlog’ on your Instagram stories and the baby was asleep on your chest and made the cutest noise, it was the highlight of my week
YESSSS another baby video, 😍 you're such an inspiration and girl boss! You must have been so busy getting all these videos together before the baby came! You're truly amazing, can't wait to see you return! And hopefully can get a little glimpse of baby.. it's making me so excited to meet my little one 😊 congratulations again to you, Mike, and all the fur babies.. we miss you but take your time and enjoy your little girl while she's small ❤️❤️
Another comment from me... If it's not to personal a video to make it would be very interesting to have a video about the best and worst bits, or happiest moments and struggles of your pregnancy and to have Mike's thoughts as well? Other Mothers to be could relate our you might be able to offer your experiences to "help" others...could then do a follow up with new born perhaps
My c-section was not a big deal. Only stayed one night! I’ve never had a baby the other way but I had a good experience and recovery! Edit to add not much bleeding after...like my regular cycle.
Times sure have changed. lol. I have 2 sons who are 22 & 25 years old. Back then here in the states, we only packed an over night bag with a gown, robe & slippers, going home outfits for you and baby. A toiletries bag. And of course a camera/video camera. No cell phones with cameras and all then. Lol. When I had my first son you had to stay 5 nights, even with a natural birth, which I had. With my second son, I also had natural birth but, we both had a few issues, including phenomena for me, so I also was in hospital 5 nights. I was a hairdresser and worked right until the days I went into labor with both my kids. I packed my bag about 15 minutes before leaving for hospital with both kids. I was in something called New Beginnings Club where you prepaid all hospital expenses before delivery, so I received a big diaper bag full of all the items the baby needed, plus a car seat. Congrats on your beautiful baby! Love watching your videos!
Congratulations Fleur! You and Mike are so blessed with your beautiful baby girl! ❤️ Would love to see a follow up to this video as to what you actually ended up using! Thanks so much for pre-filming all of these videos for us! You completely deserve all the time you want to bond with your new little family! 😘
Congratulations! I'd love to hear about what you maybe wish you knew before, what you would change or do over, and maybe what the hospital staff did or didn't do that was good! love you!
Would love to see a video on what you actually used and what was most useful or what you missed and felt you needed when there or what you would leave out next time...
Loved this video so much!! Whenever you do come back from your maternity break, I would love to see what you did make use of. So excited for you and Mike both. Hope you three are enjoying building your bond with your baby girl!! Sending you all much love all the way from Florida 💕💖💕💕💖
Just had my first obstetrician appointment today and got to meet my baby! All very exciting! I hope everything is going well for you, Mike and baby! Xxx
You are so right about never knowing how long you'll be in the hospital. I went in on a Thursday to have my baby. He was a vaginal birth but I hemoraged so I didn't go home until Monday. I ended up being very happy that I "overpacked".
TheSMarie42 I over packed and needed more we were in from Sunday to Friday we got an infection - my suggestion is to sort extra clothes just incase my oh sucked he brought a jumper to wear (in special care it was Hot)
Lovely video, takes me back to January 2017 when my son was born by c-section. We weren’t allowed a wheelie bag in our hospital, I guess due to hygiene reasons of the wheels rolling through the wards? Hope you and baby girl are doing well xx
Fleur, once you will be making videos again, could you please do updated Hospital bag video showing what you actually used or what you wish you would have take with you. Enjoy time with you new baby! Love your videos.
Generally if you are wearing a size small you haven’t got a belly pushing out- a lot of people in XL have, so we need a bit of length for the same reason as you would with a baby bump :-)
I used a small suitcase for my hospital bag. I barely used anything in it though - I had a bit of a rough recovery and just stayed makeupless in a hospital gown because that was easiest. The hospital provided disposable underwear so toiletries and big comfy socks were really all that I needed! Oh, and I was so glad I brought a notebook, I wrote down the whole birth story before I left the hospital so that I wouldn't forget any details.
It seems strange seeing this video knowing little miss has already made her grand appearance. (When will you be announcing the baby's name Fleur?) you could also do the video what did I use... very interesting to see what mums to be take into hospitals these days compared to when I had my son some 38 years ago. You could do that video with your mum... can't wait to see a video once you have had some maternity leave, I think you said 6 weeks, but if you need longer I know we'll all understand.... big love to you all xxxxxxx
Haha Those pants, I bought them when I had my son, he is 6 and I still opt to wear giganic pants now, its like a new world of comfort. Good thing I am single huh? lol
We would love a follow up on what you did/didnt use, or what you wish you had packed!
i would love to watch that video
That's such a good idea!
Yes please such a great idea
I would love to see a "review" of your hospital bag, now that you've had the baby, what was an essential what was a waste of space and so on :) hope you and your new little family are doing good!💗
Am I thinking of getting pregnant soon? No.
Am I watching a video of what to pack in a hospital bag? Yes.
Thank you Fleur for all of this prefilmed content, it’s lovely to watch your videos knowing you’ve given yourself the time to enjoy these first few weeks with your little one! I’m a midwife and I can’t tell you how important it is to give yourself a break at this stage and go with the flow 💕
Thanks so much for your sweet comment! So glad I prefilmed the videos! xo
That baby is really lucky to have you and Mike as parents. All the best wishes to you three!
A good tip I got was put a hair band on whichever wrist/side boob she fed from last, then at 2AM you don’t have to try and remember 💗
Laura Xo i got told this too, and i was so tired i couldn't remember if id changed it or what side meant what. Absolute failure on my part 😂
I'd love to see a follow-up video to see how many items you actually used while there lol! I love that you were prepared, I'm like that too, I'd say rather have it there than not! Awesome! A few people have mentioned this! Will have to check it out! xo
I know you cannot wait to meet your baby! One thing I brought was a pair of flip flops to wear in the shower.
I would love to see you 'react' to this video after you are back from your leave. Not in a dramatic way, more just, yeah, didn't use that, or I am SO glad I packed that :)
Don't feel you have to release her name if you don't want to. Even as a UA-camr you are entitled to your privacy.
I'm sure there are many names we could refer to her as ! LittleDeForce , BabyDeForce
I love that idea Kimberley!
Love babydeforce!
I can't wait to see baby de force. You're gonna be a great mum. I wish you the best of luck for your birth and hope she comes out healthy and I'm sure she's gonna be GORGEOUS 💗💙💓❤🌏
Thanks so much lovely 😊 xo
I think these are my favorite videos to watch because it’s like all the wonderful excitement just before the baby comes like packing for the best trip ever!
Congratulations Fleur!
Congrats on the beautiful new addition to your family! I agree, would be great to do a follow up to see what you actually used!
You look so apprehensive and tense in this video. I'm so happy that everything went so well with the birth. Lots of love for you, Mike and the little angel! ❤️❤️

Congratulations Fleur and Mike!!!
Congrats on the birth of your beautiful baby girls fleur and Mike enjoy your time with you baby xxxx
Love this. Have sent it on to a friend who is pregnant. I'm so glad I overpacked my bag as I was in for a few days after having my daughter! X
Congratulations fleur! Hope your new gorgeous little girl is going well!
Congratulations on your baby girl. Welcome to Motherhood Fleur. Enjoy every moment of it. Sending health and happiness to you and your family. X

My face got super dry while I was in hospital. I was super happy I had remembered to pack face sheets. A nice little treat for mommy postpartum.
Such a good shout! xo
Such a good shout! xo
Taking mental notes while watching to keep in mind for a few years from now when i start having babies!! Can’t wait to meet your little one!
Hey Fleur! I’ve been watching you for years! I’ve just recently found out I was pregnant with my second baby 😍 but I remember finding out you’re pregnant and now we are both pregnant! How fun!!
Omg congratulations! 🎉 xo
I feel like whatever bag is easiest for you and let's you pack what you want is fine. I don't see a problem with a rolly one! So excited for y'all!
Lovely video Fleur, I hope you and bubs are doing well. Your suitcase is gorgeous, I've had my eye on one of those for a while!
Thank you for still uploading videos while having a new baby... it would be very interesting to do a follow up on what you actually used and anything you wish you didn't bother taking or things you wish you did take 😊

I had a C-Section, I know it's easier said than done, but don't worry, everything will be fine. Congratulations on the little one!
Congratulations fleur! So excited for all of the baby related content in the future (Even though I don't have any babies myself lol)
Same
YESSSS another baby video, 😍 you're such an inspiration and girl boss! You must have been so busy getting all these videos together before the baby came! This is my 2nd time watching this to jot down a hospital bag list 😍 I'm also terribly organized haha
Thanks so so much for your sweet comment! It was pretty busy, but I’m really glad I still have content for you guys to watch! xo
Congratulations on the arrival of your little one!💗

My c-section was not a big deal. Only stayed one night! I’ve never had a baby the other way but I had a good experience and recovery!
Edit to add not much bleeding after...like my regular cycle.
Congratulations Fleur and Mike on your new bundle of joy!!!
Thanks! So glad you guys are enjoying the prefilmed content :) It’s been awesome to spend time with her! xo
Congratulations! I'd love to hear about what you maybe wish you knew before, what you would change or do over, and maybe what the hospital staff did or didn't do that was good! love you!
Awwww congratulations on the birth of your little one. Enjoy the time with her while she's tiny and don't worry about UA-cam for as long as you need
I am so glad it all went well. I am sure you were best dressed in the hospital! And why not? Why not look - and feel - fabulous ! Congratulations!
Would love to see a video on what you actually used and what was most useful or what you missed and felt you needed when there or what you would leave out next time...
Congratulations again to both you and Mike. For what I've seen of her, she's beautiful. :)
Loved this video so much!! Whenever you do come back from your maternity break, I would love to see what you did make use of. So excited for you and Mike both. Hope you three are enjoying building your bond with your baby girl!! Sending you all much love all the way from Florida 💕💖💕💕💖
Thanks so much for your sweet comment! Really enjoying our quality time with our little girl :) thankyou ❤️ xo
Fleur DeForce You are so very welcome!!!
Just had my first obstetrician appointment today and got to meet my baby! All very exciting! I hope everything is going well for you, Mike and baby! Xxx
How are the pups adjusting? Wondering if Piglet is being pouty or extra needy. Hopefully she and baby will be best buds. :)
Love to see a video of actually what you did use and what you recommend now? I feel like I have so much missing out my hospital bag.... eeeeek
congrats Fleur! your little girl is beautiful!
Hope you had everything you needed and treated yourself to the la mer products if you got chance! Xx
I'm surprised you didn't have nursing bras and nursing gowns in your bag! Congrats!
I love any kind of packing video, but would love to also see a follow up ‘what I used from my hospital bag’ as well. Just a thought. :)
Congratulations Fleur hope everything is going really well with you and the baby xxx
That’s a lot. How much did you actually use?
Lovely video, takes me back to January 2017 when my son was born by c-section. We weren’t allowed a wheelie bag in our hospital, I guess due to hygiene reasons of the wheels rolling through the wards? Hope you and baby girl are doing well xx
Fleur, once you will be making videos again, could you please do updated Hospital bag video showing what you actually used or what you wish you would have take with you. Enjoy time with you new baby! Love your videos.
I bet that this video was strange for you to watch back before uploading. Now that you know what you used/didn't use etc
So strange! So strange aswell looking back at before she was born! xo
Fleur DeForce would love an update on what you ended up using most in hospital! ❤️
You should do a followup video about what you actually used and what you didn't and what you wished or regretted you took instead.
I'm so excited to find out about you, Mike and the Baby deForce. So very very very exciting. Love, Melissa
Be really interesting now baby is here if you updated this about what you actually used /didnt or something you wished you had put in xx
Congratulations! Hope you and baby are happy and healthy!
I took a wheelie bag both times! I found it to be so much more convenient, especially when leaving the hospital to go home.
It was soooo useful! xo
You're doing so incredibly well to keep up with all the videos leading up to having the baby, good luck with your labour!❤️
Elaine Howard she said she'll announce it in a video in a few weeks
It's Jasper
How do you know?
Haha Those pants, I bought them when I had my son, he is 6 and I still opt to wear giganic pants now, its like a new world of comfort. Good thing I am single huh? lol
Erin Russell I still wear my maternity jeans. 9 months down the track. Soooo comfy.
Thank you! This is very helpful :) I'm due to give birth end of March. I hope you and the baby are well xx
well organised! my second came early and I had no bag ready and just chucked random stuff into a washing basket!!
Congratulations Fleur and Mike. 💜💜💜💜💜
The laundry bag is such a good idea!
