- LEGS & ABS WORKOUT FOR WOMEN - Looking for a leg workout to build muscle at home and sculpt your 6 pack?
I've packed this at home lower body workout will my favourite moves to help you strengthen and tone your legs and tummy without having to leave the house.
You'll need a Bench/Chair + a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this follow along strength workout. I used 1 set of 5 + 7 + 10 +12kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
There are 3 circuits + 1 bonus core circuit that make up this
quads and abs workout. Complete each circuit 3 x through. 45 seconds work/15 seconds Rest. Have 1 minute rest between circuits

Quick question... Is it possible to keep the modification and the name of the exercise up throughout the set? Sometimes it helps if I need to take it down a notch or I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to be doing 🙈 love love love your workouts!

Penny Barnshaw - Garage Fitness Girl For me I like to intensify my workouts to make them more challenging. I generally use 15 and 20 pound dumbbells and I use a weighted bar for my squats. I have a bench in my garage because I use to do CrossFit so I always do your workouts I just bump up my weight to fit my intensity levels being that I’m use to high intensity workouts. Some days I keep the intensity lower and weight too I try to listen to my body and not push too hard. I’m not a spring chicken anymore so i’m more conscious of listening to my body to avoid injury. Your workouts are perfect not too intense but just right. I’ve followed a lot of workout channels but yours have the right intensity and diversity to sculpt my body. I’ve gained at least 5 pounds of muscle since starting your workouts. I feel so accomplished after I’m done with your workouts. Only thing missing is pull-ups.
