    Work out complete! My arms were shaking by 30min but I completed it so I'm happy... Great video. Keep up the awesome work.

    Another awesome strength work out ,the only thing that made me mad it is the fact that i have a little problem with my left shoulder ,maybe it is something in muscle problem and that is for have a little bit of annoyance when i do some exercises ,but i hope that this is something temporary !!! Thank you so much again about your work out and coach ,you are full of surprises !!!!!!

    Penny your circuits are amazing! Wondering if could do 2-3 repeating circuit workouts?! No repeats are awesome but sometimes it’s also fun to do it 2-3rd time around to master the moves and to go heavier in weight. Thank you!!!
