Another awesome strength work out ,the only thing that made me mad it is the fact that i have a little problem with my left shoulder ,maybe it is something in muscle problem and that is for have a little bit of annoyance when i do some exercises ,but i hope that this is something temporary !!! Penny your circuits are amazing! Wondering if could do 2-3 repeating circuit workouts?! No repeats are awesome but sometimes it’s also fun to do it 2-3rd time around to master the moves and to go heavier in weight. Thank you!!!
