While I love the balance aspects of the compound moves, they are challenging! Did the legs yesterday which I like but I really enjoyed today’s exercises. So sweaty and fun lol.

I added a lat pull down with band instead of pullover and band with the superman because I have a pretty good mini gym here and I was feeling spicy lol. Thanks for your workouts Penny :)

I just got back from a theater competition where I didn't have time to exercise and where I had little access to protein, and this was a great workout to hop back into things with! Thank you so much Penny! I felt like I could've used more biceps, so at the end I did bicep curls until I couldn't anymore :) I was at the Virginia Theater Association 2022 Conference, participating in the festival competition with my school's play. Against 35 other schools, we got into finals, and then against the other finalists, scored 1st place. My school's theater department; the Stafford Players of Stafford Senior High School, will now go on to represent the theater education industry of the entire state of Virginia at the South Eastern Theater Conference in this coming March!!! Isn't that cool?!!! Be prepared to see us in the papers! Look out for a guy with blonde, crazy hair, and a theater necklace :) Anyway, thanks Penny!
