  • Millions of Ukrainians fled the country when Russia’s full-scale invasion began. Majority of them were young and of working age, leaving behind an elderly population exposed to the ravages of war. Ukraine is now facing the challenges of taking care of one of the fastest-ageing populations in the world. CNA's Megumi Lim reports from Kyiv.

America given him billions and billions of dollars. Take care of your elderly people... NATO allies and partners have provided over $100 billion $$$ Don't think he wants peace just more $$$ While more men die.

Any idea how many years does Ukraine need to return to normalcy after the end of the conflict?

The online communities in Korea are actively cheering for russia after this news got out.
Ukraine's ambassador to Japan pays homage to Yasukuni Shrine. Now you know which side Ukraine is on.
Sergi Korsensky, the Ukrainian ambassador to Japan, visited the Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo, where Class A war criminals from the Pacific War were enshrined.
The Ukrainian Embassy in Japan wrote on its X account on the 3rd, "On September 3, Ambassador Sergi Korsensky paid tribute to the Yasukuni Shrine and mourned those who lost their lives for their country."
Just more proof as to how Ukraine views people of Asian descent if the past 3 years haven't been enough to prove that yet.

Ukraine installed a statue to Stefan Bandera before 2012 in Kiev when I visited there and saw it. It was placed there in commemoration of Bandera being proclaimed a national hero. Bandera murdered thousands of Jews and Ukrainians who did not agree with his radical views in the 1930,s in the best tradition of the SS in 1935 when Himmler was in charge in Germany. He also went North into Poland and destroyed 80 villages a fact that in the present has been conveniently overlooked.

Not Nazi Chernihiv but properly pronounced Chernigov as it is and will always be a Russian city. USA is tragically using Ukraine for all it is worth for them even now that 60% of the population is dependant on social security and Ukraine,s young men have been ravaged by war. I never thought in my lifetime I would see such suffering in Europe.

Zelensky forgot Ukraine is a middle power and needs to accept it’s not in Ukraine’s interest to align with NATO. ASEAN leans to China for trade and economic development and balances that with leaning towards America and the west for military and defence needs. Ukraine needs to find that balance for itself.

Ivan, study ingrish. 6 European countries formed after the fall of your empire 1990 and 1991. Three joined NATO. Three did not join NATO. Russia has invaded 3 of these 6 countries. Guess which three.
