Nature absolutely changed by me. First the birds got quieter and then the frogs started up. Then all the birds started up again lol

@@rhysiescups no, I'm "god" and I could prove it if I could post an audio clip of Alexa when I ask her who I am. I am just as powerful as the "God" that some people worship too, which is why I couldn't make the clouds go away for totality at my location. I had to watch it as best as I could through clouds. At least I really got to see totality unobscurred by clouds in 2017.

Wow! So incredible! Im so fortunate to have experienced it! Two hours of amazement!! (4 minutes of totality!)
Flat Earthers double triggered…
LOL fr 😆
😂😂😂 exactly
This video is total shite, it doesn't show anything
A real FE doesn't crumble in the face of empirical evidence.
So if you're looking at the eclipse from the space station, right above the moon, wouldn't the moon be lit up from the sunlight coming from behind? Also the first showing the eclipse, well from the ISS you'd never see it look like that. That's how it looks from Earths perspective.
The fact you people make fun of people for noticing these things... that you can't, well speaks volumes about intelligence, integrity, character, and how well your indoctrination has come since grade school with a globe sitting in your classroom
oh my GOD, the darkness is kinda creepy...
TY for showing the eclipse. Spectacular.
Now I have understand how the shadow moves across the earth from the clip from the iss
I feel immensely lucky to have found this and hope I can find the original NASA video clip of this. Myself a group of friends were all up on the northeast coast of New Brunswick to watch, and were beyond lucky with some of the the most beautifully clear weather in all of North America for this event... Having seen totality from the ground and now seeing a video of the event happening at real-time speed and seeing that shadow envelop the exact area where we all were feels so surreal.. then the camera panning down towards the end and getting to see my home province in all her beauty there too.. what an incredibly special video! 💙💙💙
Sometimes silence or classical music is more suitable for these clips 😊
The birds on the beach were gathering, flocking near each other and screaming. Sarasota FL
This was my third eclipse, I took this one in from Bingham, Maine. Add to that Bucharest in 1999, and Kanarraville (annular) in 2012. I have been richly blessed to experience these. The view from the ISS was most interesting. Those "little red spots" are called "prominences," it would be lovely to have journalists that have a basic understanding of the universe but I guess we take what we can get, right?
WOW! What a view from space! This is a first for me, WOW!
I randomly wonder how flat earthers can explain this
For an average flat earther, any "explanation" no matter how wrong it is, is good explanation as long as it supports their beliefs.
My 2nd solar eclipse, first in 1970, here from my driveway in Fort Worth, Texas. These clips from space are surreal, I never imagined what that would look like. The solar eclipse on earth is surreal enough but pix from space…I’m 87. We truly do live in a sci-fi world. I can’t imagine what wonders babies born today will see.
The moon casting a shadow on earth, it looks just like human eye from space station perspective!
Saw a clip of a bloke holding up a fish he just caught (gave it some eclispse glasses) to let it experience the eclipse and then chuck it back. Legend.
Superb!
Good God … how amazing!! 😊

They failed to say that the ISS was flying over Houlton Maine at the time.
WOW-we...AMAZING...so cool...WOW-we...🙄
Why does space station every time only record the shadow of the eclipse going over earth but don’t point camera at the sun??? I want to see the whole thing together sun, moon, shadow.
Because the ISS doesn’t exist
from their perspective they cant see the moon covering the whole sun. They arent in the shadow. But yeah would be cool to pan over to the sun and back to earth...
The Moon isn't completely blocking the light from the Sun to the ISS at it's present orbit. So any camera pointed at the Moon would also have a direct view of a portion of the Sun, easily frying the camera sensor. 😎
@@FlabbyButter Stop being a crazy nut
@@Kent__the_Bakerweird, it didn’t fry my camera sensor on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and I recorded about 70 minutes direct sun today… surely they have better cameras for this purpose? I’ve seen a lot of videos of the sun like up close and personal from them, yeah?
Plus I know they’re closer than I am, but not if you consider it’s 93 million miles away according to these guys.
And the shadow of the day, will embrace the world in grey
Why don't they turn the camera at the actual moon?
Because it wasn’t the moon 😂

So if the sun is behind the sun, you'd see the darkside of moon lit up
Oh for fu@$ sake, it's not called the "dark side" of the moon because it doesn't get sunlight, how the hell would that even make sense....
I wonder what those flat landers thought about it. 🤣
I wonder how flat-earther will explain THIS amazing natural phenomen?!?
They simply claim it’s fake.
They didn’t even show it from space 😂
You couldn’t even see the sun from space just the earth being shadowed from lack of sunlight this absolutely proves shit
There you go.
The amazing thing is, the moon is millions of times smaller than the sun but obscures the sun perfectly. God is great
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth 🌎. It is not a coincidence that earth's small moon can totally and exactly eclipse our huge sun.
Coincidence is when God chooses to remain anonymous.
"The amazing thing is, the moon is millions of times smaller than the sun"
Of course that's not the case, but your knowledge is milion of times smaller than knowledge of an average person.
FFS the further down this comment section I read the more it feels like I accidentally went to Reddit, given how moronic things keep getting. It doesn't "perfectly obscure" diddly shit, quite obviously, given the fact that it just made a big ass shadow while there was still sunlight everywhere else there normally would have been anyway....
@@Astraeus.. Google "Umbra" and look for an image that illustrates the criss-crossing of the sun's light rays on either side of the moon.
Once you've done that, you can pull your foot out of your mouth.
@@Astraeus.. Google "umbra solar eclipse diagram".
Once you've done that, have a look at the how the sun's light rays criss-cross on either side of the moon casting the umbra and penumbra shadows on the earth.
Viewing from the earth in the umbra shadow (aka totality), the sun is perfectly obscure.
Once you've done that, you can pull your foot out of your mouth.
why is it that the international space station cant show an image of the eclipse instead of that image with a shadow?
Cause the cameras are not pointing to the sun plus they can't just record the moon.
Because their camera is the only camera point back down to earth.
Their image of the eclipse would like pretty much the same as the images from earth that were not blocked by cloud cover.
Correct answer is:
ISS orbit is not overlapping with path of the eclipse, so, eclipse itself can't be seen (or recorded) from ISS, but since they passed close to the path of the eclipse, they were able to record umbra (darker part of the shadow) of the Moon.
Are you asking why they aren't pointing their camera at the same thing fu@$ing half the cameras on the planet were pointed at rather than the actual planet that NONE of the cameras on the ground are in a position to point at properly?
@@StarLightFIlmProductionslieeee they can’t go to space
It was already dark in Syracuse😂😂🤣😂🤣
No Italian.
Looks like part of Earth is burnt
why in the world would they show the shadow ?? show the actual eclipse in space since you're already in space! they cant because they're not in space
For one they aren't even in the shadow of the Moon as clearly visible in the video. Also why would they do that when millions of people are looking at the exact same thing they would be looking at? I wouldn't be surprised if you would have complained that they didn't show the shadow of the Moon on Earth anyway.
Just saying with NASA's tremendous budget they couldn't film the eclipse from more than one perspective next eclipse I hope that they take that into consideration
They were broadcasting for a couple of hours and had people set up in Mazatlan, Torreon, and in Kerrville, TX, that I saw, as well as the ISS.
3 things; 1st, the ISS is the INTERNATIONAL space station, it's not just NASA. 2nd, NASA's budget as a percent of GDP is lower than any point since 1962. 3rd, how the actual fu@$ do you think they'd just magically film from more than one "perspective" exactly? A different perspective would require a different camera, meaning they'd need to launch another satellite up there to do that. So what then, they're supposed to waste the piddly budget they have on launching a bunch of satellites just to record this? Then people would be bitching about NASA wasting billions of dollars launching a bunch of cameras into space just to record a stupid shadow passing over the Earth for an hour or 2.....
@@Astraeus..lol uk how much money they can make from those video or image if they could go up there in capture the solar eclipse from space? Million if not billions lol they wouldn’t hesitate one second it’s bcuz they can’t that’s y they didn’t lol

what happens to the moon right before and right after the eclipse? why can't we ever see it.
I literally saw it approaching 3 hours before it started to transit by stacking long exposures I took...
Because the sun shines so brightly and the moon is in between the earth and the sun, I think the moon gets lost or faded in the bright blue sky. Like, it disappears, like an illusion??? @@user-nr3de3oo7p The sun is very far away and much larger, the shadow size is accurate, since the sun is far away and larger, it forms a shrinking cone towards the surface of the earth, that's simple phsyics.
