I love Adrian’s workouts. I’ve wavered on my consistency in the past, but I’m committing to doing this workout for the next month. Today was day 1. I will update. 🙏🏾
This was fun. After 2 years of inconsistency I am restarting my fitness/weight loss journey. I plan to do this exercise 4-5 mornings a week until my treadmill arrives, then I'll alternate biking and jogging. I certainly hope that combined with my low cal diet and some weight training that I'll start to reshape my body fast. This and your other 30 minute bike workouts are fun and challenging, I certainly thank you for sharing! I'll be back with a 4 week update.

@kalyani rajalingham I would say about 2 pounds a week. 40 pounds total in a little less than 2 years. I was pregnant in 2019 but continued once I was cleared to workout again☺️
@kalyani rajalingham Well, as he says in other videos diet and exercise go hand in hand. I can't say that I lost all the weight I've lost on workouts alone. I intermittent fast as well. I'd look into that it's been really helpful for me.

This is a bad ass workout definitely the best motivation high premium intensive work out, I have indoor bike use regularly never found high burn exercises on UA-cam, this is the bomb. is this possible on a treadmill? i have a problem with the bikes at the gym. The problem consist of the strap coming loose whenever i really try to go my fastest on the bike :/
i have same problem but this is possible on treadmill but extremely hard bc of the constant speed. with bike you are going as fast as possbile but you're able ot slow down a bit during the sprint
oh yeah.. well i gotta try this workout because with the treadmill the largest sum of calories i ever burn on it was 400 in 40 mins. Also i found you're channel extremely helpfull for me because i started my weight lost journey on july18 and i lost about 21 pounds going from 250 to 229 pounds. I than hit a wall that made me stop going to the gym but i held tight to my weight and now trying to continue my journey to finally reach my goal weight (170) and be skinny for the first time in my life.

I play soccer 1 hour a week, and i do 30 minutes of normal workout, 3 times a week. If i replace the normal workout i do now, with this workout, tell me please, aprox. how much i will lose in 1 month? My score for this first time, according to my bike is: 11.32 miles and 281 calories burned. My bike resistance was at 5 ( from 8) should i leave it like that, or take it to 1? Thanks again!
