      Me 2!
God works in mysterious ways, no doubt about it, and eventually we are all going to go, but going like this, is a shock, a trauma for the ones left behind, especially this kind lady.
She needs to know that she did what she could and that her instincts were very assertive. The fact that she thought to protect the little girl and to comfort this poor woman, in a moment of panic, speaks volumes of her kind, generous and loving heart....
      God bless y'all❣🙏❤

I can only hope I have the strength to do the same if I am ever placed in that situation in my life, or that someone has the compassion to do the same if they end up in a life or death position. I also hope the young child can go about life knowing how precious our time here is, and free of trauma.

Those windows are supposed to be so strong.... But not against metal at several hundred miles per hour.... Metal will go through metal at that speed..... Science. It's basic science... You paid attention in 5th grade right? Even reinforcement of the windows would be wrecked just like THESE windows that are supposed to be super safe.
And like other commenter said.... Freak accident. They happen and you don't know why or don't get why... cause it shouldn't of happened...... Hence it called a freak accident....

Planes that I have been on had small windows. I don't think it is possible for an adult to be sucked completely out of the plane. The trauma from being sucked part way out is probably what caused this lady's death. So sorry for her family.

Most all my doctors are Christian because of the area I live in, and when they express how happy they are that I’m alive when they said I should be dead, I don’t give a shit. It shows they care, and I welcome that. It’s the thought that counts. This was a tragic enough event - getting on someone for mentioning God doesn’t make it any better.

Not to mention, the caring mother/wife/community member who sadly lost her life. These are great examples of ppl being human. Every other difference (You know the ones I'm talking about. The ones that place labels on each other, and draws lines) gets put in perspective. Please remember, we are all human. Most of us want the same thing: to live a peaceful, healthy, productive life. I cannot believe this accident was 4 years ago. Time flies when your not having fun either. I feel this husband's pain for loosing his wonderful, precious wife. I recently lost my mom from Pancreatic cancer. She was my best friend, my nurse on 2 occasions when as an adult I had serious health problems. My mom would give her shirt off her back. She collected costs for the children walking by her house in the cold without costs. She helped a young dad raising the children in his own pay rent. She worked at an outside food drive when it was 90 degrees one day and the very next winter we both worked together in the heavy snow handing out food. My mom and my brother only got to visit for one hour in 2 years during covid and NJ governor kept Virginians from coming into the state. My brother has been in a facility for a couple of years due to an injury he sustained at his job. The rehab facility would only let my mom see my brother for 1 hour and that was it. He never saw her again. Words cannot describe the loss of a great mom. Even when someone is terminal the shock is there when I recd the call. I cannot imagine how it is when a mom unexpectedly passes away when she is due to come home. The pain is unimaginable I am sure. From how this family seemed to me I sense they are Christians and if they are, they never have to say goodbye.

My God, that poor woman! She probably lost consciousness fast because of the oxygen levels.

Very sorry about this man and family loss. The pain is even worse when death comes by such a freakish un- expected event.
