Hey James, glad to hear it'll be staying. Defo ABT are the way forward for the S1. Cold air intake, exhaust, FMIC, ECU tune. Should be a decent upgrade!
I like the idea of a hatchback roadtrip! I'd love to see Sam take the Abarth one last time before it's gone. Look forward to seeing it, great video as usual James!
In regards to the videos unrelated to cars, I have to say that I will watch any video you upload. Your content is always wonderful to watch no matter the topic.
Certainly would love to see the range of your life. The car content is sick but so have your other videos on suits, watches etc. What is the current status of the F12? Has it sold silently in the background? Did you trade it in for the 458 Speciale? 🤔😏
S Holdeenio The f12 was sold due to the 812 coming out , and the value would depreciate greatly , i think he was craving another 458 Speiciale , just trying to help out lad ✌
Please share as much of your life as possible. Your car collection is amazing, so your lifestyle has to be even more amazing. Please do a garage tour !!
James, the thing is. You're such a good Vlogger that anything you post comes with incredible quality and a huge amount of awesomeness. Plain simply, you're youtube's P1 LM of Vlogging (see what I did there? hahaha). Cars are still the central theme of this channel. However I would support you bringing once in a while amazing lifestyle videos like the one in Yacht. As always, great video. Keep it up and cheers. PS. If you ever come to Munich please post something, I would love to meet you.
S1 - cool, agile, little car, and after little bit of tuning the engine up will be an ultimate daily/town car. Good keeper. Speaking of yacht/lifestyle content - definetly yes. It brings freshness to the channel and gives new look on things. Would love to watch more of that stuff alongside the car content.
You hit the nail on the head with the whole idea of SMG( Smiles Per Gallon). Big or small, a car is more than just a mode of transport, it's a way of life and for the owner to be able to bond with it well at many levels says it all. Absolutely a nippy looking ride that solves practicality.
James.. i suggest that if an experience inspires you to film and share it with us the way that Greece did, that you should. I personally want to see you at your happiest, so if a train ride doesnt do it, then dont bother. If a horseback ride does, i'd love to see a video on that :) cheers man ❤ - a Greek
As a fellow S1 man good to see this again. So far I have done 19k in mince since March 2015.I have loved it only downside is road noise + when some toe rags swiped both wing mirrors.
Stage 1 will take you to 300bhp. Stage 2 intercooler Intake downpipe, will take you to around 340bhp. You will need to upgrade the clutch, break discs and pads. Lowering- H&R do a good job of lowering the car. The car becomes less bouncey and still comfortable in auto mode. Full exhaust system brings the car alive. I look forward to seeing your progress with this fun little car.
Hey James, I would love if you featured more content like the yacht in Greece as I am really keen on seeing some lifestyle videos alongside the cars. Your last vid reminded me alot of my vacation to Greece and it brought back alot of good memories. Thanks for the best content on UA-cam!
Great blog James. Might I suggest the North Coast 500 as a destination for a Hot Hatch Tour. I did it with 2 mates last year in rental hatchbacks and we had lots of fun with just 75-100bhp. Stunning coastal scenery, mountains, lochs, fantastic quiet roads, whisky distilleries, castles and a chance to see the Northern Lights. As for modding the S1....a wise man once said about making a car go faster "simplify, then add lightness"...
Really cool you have featured s1 sportback ,nice to see a car featured that's the same as mine.I purchased ours after seeing your first video of yours, also the cleaning and ceramic paint protection feature has made us aware of how important it is to wash your car properly.Once again James thank you for all your information and advice..
1 - tune it! 2 - the main reason I watch this channel is because you are such a good presenter, so other content than cars from time to time would be welcomed!
Hi James, fantastic content as always. Having literally today just completed a road trip around Wales in my R56 JCW, I absolutely could not agree more that these cars need more time on your channel. I have an M3 and M6 alongside the JCW and couldn't have wished for a better car to drive around the numerous biblical level of Welsh A & B roads. The right combination of Grip, Power and Weight, plus a slick close ratio 6 speed manual means there really could not have been a better choice of my current garage. I urge you, tinker with this toy car as I do with my JCW and get out and enjoy Wales or anywhere in it, rain or shine. Having just done what you say and blasted around mountain passes and roads built for tiny hot hatches, the smiles per gallon are unbelievable. Super cars and Sports cars have their place and one day I hope to be as lucky as you with your garage line up, but for the road, these cars bring out the inner boy. Again, thanks for sharing your journey with us fellow petrol heads.
James 100% do a hot hatch tour. Be awesome, thing to remember is the cars are more accessible to the majority. If you got all the other uk youtubers to join in. Think it could be a great comparison if you all champion different cars and a great laugh. Something in the uk, maybe the winding country roads of the West Country, Northumberland or Wales could be fun, or even all go to the north coast 500.
Gregory McAllister Mine has the abt remap and a few other minor mods including forge intercooler and it's taken it to a whole new level of fun with 315 bhp. A bloke I know is running 500 bhp in his lol
I would tune the S1 but as you say, stick with sensible limits so you don't ruin the every day usability of the car. Not only that you'd lose the fun of wringing it out in each gear as you currently do. I use to have a mildly modified Subaru at just over 320 bhp, I could have gone further but felt that was the sweet spot for everyday use and license keeping sensibility. Years on I now have a 2.2 standard Vectra, whilst its nothing like the Impreza (which I still miss dearly). I can wring it's neck in each gear, make decent progress, throw it around in the dry and have a laugh. Crazy power levels are fun, but on our roads they are very limited in their safe use of the full potential.
I liked your Greek adventure! Lifestyle videos have their place and are really nice. That being said, I came to your channel for the love of motoring, and will continue to stay for that reason. Thanks for sharing James!
Aw yeah makes sense! :) Well it is a great car, I raced against one on my motorbike once and it was just not possible to keep up with in the corners. that's probably my driving.
Keep the hot hatches coming for us drivers who have to live in reality! Plus super cars are great, but you don't get the same fun and cheekiness you can get from behind the wheel of a well balanced hot hatch at lower speeds but still on the redline.
It definitely makes sense tuning this over a 50k rs3. It'll definitely be unique and id love to see the power difference. Any content you put out sir is just sick! I have to skive class at times as soon as I get a notification you uploaded.
You also have the option of APR Tuning for these cars. They offer a whole host of upgrades that make it an absolute weapon! QS Tuning had one that was 400bhp+ was an utter rocket
I have got the normal a1 sline with 95 cv and it is so funny, it drives like a go kart, takes the corners without any kind of swinging and I have been able to fit 4 people and our ski equipment in it. I cant imagine how good is the s1.
I'm a massive fan of hot hatches, most versatile genre of car if you ask me. I love your supercar content but some more hot hatch stuff would be cool! So the idea of a hot hatch tour piques my interest massively.
Please tune the s1 my mum had one and she did 40000 miles on it with literally no engine problems so yes tune it and do the tour as well that would be so good
Well I can see this being a long comment covering all points. As far as the life style vlogs go, do more! The yacht one was fantastic, it’s a fantastic insight into the higher luxury lifestyle, and you present it brilliantly. Keep cars as the main focus, but lifestyle vlogs are equally as good. Talking about the S1, definitely go down the ABD route, they look fantastic. Whilst you can still see the car is a true Audi, ABT add a little more flare to them, something that makes them stand out from the others. Maybe even void the warranty in the future, because that little S1 has so much potential. That being said keep doing what your doing man, love the content and I swear the quality gets better and better each video 👍
A "hot hatch tour" sounds like a brilliant idea! You have the S1, Sam has the 500, eehhh Biposto something... Archie has an A45 and a RS3 (with Paul could use...), Tim with his Focus RS... I'm looking forward to see these cars thrown around the Belgian and German Eiffel for example!
Hey James, I really like your recent content! I find the life style videos you make very interesting plus I really enjoy your videos involving cars that aren't necessarily super cars. keep up the good work!
Speaking for myself, the video in Grece is the one i enjoyed the most lately (production value was off the charts). Would be exciting and entertaining to see more yachting and life-style videos, or any other topics for that matter, as long as it has your cheerful style. :)
Yet again a fantastic video . Such a good video.. tune, lowered, let's go all in and give it an exhaust system. A bit character for you're little yellow friend 😉
Greece content, bring us more. Just keep a ring with the car/motoring world, like the engine tour :) S1 content, it lacks for long time. It is more related to what the majority of the audience may can get their hands on, so allow us to keep the feet on the ground and see that you guys are also "made of flesh and bone" ;) But before it all, keep up this amazing work! Congratulations for all the success man ;)
Keep it and tune for sure as its different from the rest of your line-up. Manual, tuned, suspension, maybe exhaust? What a little weapon it could be. And yes, hot hatch tour for sure👍
Great video. I have said from the start that you should mix the lifestyle in heavy on your channel. Doesn't need to be all about the cars. Hot hatch idea is amazing. We all remover being 17 and wanting one. Lusted after a Mk1 GTI. Eventually just bought a 1.1 and tarted it up. Loved that car..
Keep the S1 and tune it. And share more about the lifestyle with yachts, watches, clothing, travel and these things. You always make the videos so good.
Slight adjustment of shocks and ECU tuning should be the way to go. Probably that's all you need to do. If you want a little bit more power than that, a new intercooler.
I would love to see more lifestyle content . Interesting stuff. Also I would be very interested to see a series about tuning cars as that is more attainable for most people as much as I love the super car stuff. Keep it awesome James 👍
Hi mate. Mine has the abt remap, forge intercooler and pipercross filter. It's pushing 315 bhp . I had the clutch done at 30k, had a Sachs organic. The one weak point is the clutch. Done 40k now and still love it. Abt is expensive but I think it's the best. The remap was great but the uprated intercooler made it really mental.
Honest thoughts on the Greece video. LOVED it, and LOVE this channel. However... I think keep this as a the car / motorsport channel and have a secondary channel for things like that and may be more behind the scenes & lifestyle things but link / tie them videos into both channels. Seems what most people do that I actively follow and it works well. Just my thoughts.
Modified S1 with Evo Stage 1 and new performance clutch. = 330 bhp. Takes 0 - 60 down to about 4.3 and a lot of high end power. Surprises the hell out of people :)
Occasionally the lifestyle stuff is okay, just don't over do it James. We don't have much videos from you so I think it is a bit aof a waste not spending that time with cars. For tuning the S1 go with Abt, great company and people with a real passion for what they are doing.
Hot hatch tour ... let's plan this immediately!
+Seen Through Glass 📞 calling STG
This need to be done
Mr JWW I think the next call should be for Tim... Greetins from Uruguay, love the content you film
reviewing some cars your followers can afford. Perish the thought!
Seen Through Glass aw you guys should do a full circuit of ireland👀
Boats, watches, Hackett suits and cars are the best James.
Can you do a full walk through of all your cars?
Humza Mirza Yes, Garage tour is much needed
But a proper tour like harry did it, and not just sitting in a car and talking about it with some pictures shown!
That's something I've wanted him to do since I subbed..... happened 2years ago
Yes, full fleet overview would be good. Garage tour maybe?
Hey James, glad to hear it'll be staying. Defo ABT are the way forward for the S1. Cold air intake, exhaust, FMIC, ECU tune. Should be a decent upgrade!
S Holdeenio MTM is the way to go. You can go to 365hp in that car with some mods. (standard package) On request there are MTM S1's with over 400hp.
S Holdeenio full agree, improve the air in and air out and keep the temps nice and safe. 👍
Dont forget the clutch. The clutch cant hold a tune
the clutch can barely hod stock power never mind a tune 😂
S Holdeenio helix/Sachs clutch and flywheel 👍
Among the other cars you have, you even manage to make this humble little hot hatch exciting - Love it mate 💪
+LegalCT Awesome to hear! There is other stuff in the pipeline!
Certainly would love to see the range of your life. The car content is sick but so have your other videos on suits, watches etc. What is the current status of the F12? Has it sold silently in the background? Did you trade it in for the 458 Speciale? 🤔😏
S Holdeenio couldn’t agree any more!
S Holdeenio The f12 was sold due to the 812 coming out , and the value would depreciate greatly , i think he was craving another 458 Speiciale , just trying to help out lad ✌
S Hold
He should make another channel for things other than cars
S Holdeenio amen i agree!
Please share as much of your life as possible. Your car collection is amazing, so your lifestyle has to be even more amazing. Please do a garage tour !!

As always, great video. Keep it up and cheers.
PS. If you ever come to Munich please post something, I would love to meet you.
+Juan Rincon This is great to hear thanks so much Juan! Wider lifestyle content will be added into the mix!
I would love to see more content on hot hatches!
Anyone else think James should upgrade his microphone?
S1 - cool, agile, little car, and after little bit of tuning the engine up will be an ultimate daily/town car. Good keeper. Speaking of yacht/lifestyle content - definetly yes. It brings freshness to the channel and gives new look on things. Would love to watch more of that stuff alongside the car content.
+Dawid Bo Awesome to hear thanks Dawid!
I APR tuned my A3 and it woke it up greatly. You should definitely tune the S1. I'd also love to hear more lifestyle content, or more yacht tours!
You hit the nail on the head with the whole idea of SMG( Smiles Per Gallon). Big or small, a car is more than just a mode of transport, it's a way of life and for the owner to be able to bond with it well at many levels says it all. Absolutely a nippy looking ride that solves practicality.
Driving is about having fun not what car you drive love that you get that keep up the good work
James.. i suggest that if an experience inspires you to film and share it with us the way that Greece did, that you should. I personally want to see you at your happiest, so if a train ride doesnt do it, then dont bother. If a horseback ride does, i'd love to see a video on that :) cheers man ❤ - a Greek
+AP MHIYT I like your thinking AP!
Also as an S1 owner I'm really pleased you just mentioned ABT!
+Daniel Hawtin 😄
Daniel Hawtin Revo maps are well tested with Audi also
As a fellow S1 man good to see this again. So far I have done 19k in mince since March 2015.I have loved it only downside is road noise + when some toe rags swiped both wing mirrors.
Insane plan James! Would love to see it tuned, lowered and stripped and a roadtrip!
James, never stop making content seriously your one of if not the best out there, keep up the amazing work man.
Personally i would love to see more behind the scenes man. Even a cheeky vlog here or there.. like always keep up the good work brother!
Stage 1 will take you to 300bhp. Stage 2 intercooler Intake downpipe, will take you to around 340bhp. You will need to upgrade the clutch, break discs and pads. Would love to see more than just cars on this channel! You always provide nice, entertaining content no matter what the subject is! :)
+Caleb Wonhas Cool to hear thanks Caleb
Definitely tune it. I’ve got an S1 and would love to see tuning options! Great video
It doesn't have to be just cars to be good content . The Emerites video you did last year was one of my favorites on any channel .
Hey James, I would love if you featured more content like the yacht in Greece as I am really keen on seeing some lifestyle videos alongside the cars. Your last vid reminded me alot of my vacation to Greece and it brought back alot of good memories. Thanks for the best content on UA-cam!

That heel and toe technique was very cool. Would be cool to see some more of it James!
James - do it - as an S3 owner I would love to see more hot hatch content on yours and others channels! Love the work and keep it up!
It's a fun car, with a lot of tuning potential!
The lifestyle stuff is interesting sometimes, annoying from some people but I think you could deliver it well.
James in the S1
Tim in his RS
Sam in his Abarth
Paul in a M140i?
Sounds like a great idea.
Anthony Gatley sam is replacing his Abarth
Why would Paul get an M140i when he has his M3 as a daily
Not archie thank you very much
anddd, TGE in his gti
Because it isn't a hot hatch
Manual golf r would be the ultimate replacement. You can even tune it and find a better exhaust for it!
I definitely enjoyed the lifestyle aspect of the previous video! I think lifestyle and cars go hand in hand!
Really cool you have featured s1 sportback ,nice to see a car featured that's the same as mine.I purchased ours after seeing your first video of yours, also the cleaning and ceramic paint protection feature has made us aware of how important it is to wash your car properly.Once again James thank you for all your information and advice..

Great idea ! Sams abarth , Archie's RS3 , tge's gti , shmee' focus RS etc
If you tuned that you could probably get 300 hp and about 440nm torque. Now that would be awesome
Gregory McAllister Mine has the abt remap and a few other minor mods including forge intercooler and it's taken it to a whole new level of fun with 315 bhp. A bloke I know is running 500 bhp in his lol
I think you should do a video like the last one when it's a truly spectacular experience!
Any video Mr JWW puts up is a fun video to watch even if I dont know the main subject really well.
I would tune the S1 but as you say, stick with sensible limits so you don't ruin the every day usability of the car. How can this guy not have over 1M subs bcs he sure stands out amongst the youtubers and then some .
I liked your Greek adventure! Lifestyle videos have their place and are really nice. That being said, I came to your channel for the love of motoring, and will continue to stay for that reason. Thanks for sharing James!
Yeah Mr Jww I really loved your last video, it was an awesome change!
Love your cars and vids, just wondering why you keep this, the rs6, and the RR?? Isn't that too many dailys?
+PGN Piano Wife rocks the RR we just decided to keep the S1 because it's a lot of fun, the only manual car we have and a good project car to tune!
+Abid Ali Ha ha thanks dude
You also have the option of APR Tuning for these cars. They offer a whole host of upgrades that make it an absolute weapon! QS Tuning had one that was 400bhp+ was an utter rocket
Nice video James, keep up the good work
I love the other content than cars, think of watches and lifestyle video's. Love all the content you make!
I have got the normal a1 sline with 95 cv and it is so funny, it drives like a go kart, takes the corners without any kind of swinging and I have been able to fit 4 people and our ski equipment in it. I cant imagine how good is the s1.
Yes James we love the yacht video. It's great seeing the things you get up to. If it's big and has an engine then let's see it.
Also the hot hatch tour is an amazing idea! Can I come along? 😂
I enjoy and would prefer this being primarily a car channel, but the sprinkling in of lifestyle adds a really cool dimension
Rs6 and s1, as a quattro fanatic , I approve 😂
Hughesy Lad S1 isn’t Quattro 😂 it’s a Tiguan haldex with Quattro written on the badge
Super Cars Yorkshire oohh... 😂😂😂
I really don't think what you film matters. All of it will be amazing. Keep it coming!
Hey James, I really like your recent content!
I find the life style videos you make very interesting plus I really enjoy your videos involving cars that aren't necessarily super cars.
keep up the good work!
For tuning you can look into "MRC Tuning". They work on a lot of RS4, RS6, R8.
Tune it, James! It's a new experience for you and also new content for your channel.
Loved the Greece 🇬🇷 and love that S1 definitely want to see more of it!! Tuning sounds cool 😎
This channel has a unique charm.Whatever you may film I will watch
Speaking for myself, the video in Grece is the one i enjoyed the most lately (production value was off the charts). Would be exciting and entertaining to see more yachting and life-style videos, or any other topics for that matter, as long as it has your cheerful style. :)
Would love to see the S1 tuned. Try looking Revo they are realy popular in the VAG tuning group.
It is always good to see a Mr JWW video, hot hatch tour ,good idea
I have admit, the S1 is really good, and just really practical. And certainly not overly popular, so they're a nice sight.
Yet again a fantastic video . Such a good video.. tune, lowered, let's go all in and give it an exhaust system. A bit character for you're little yellow friend 😉
Would be good to see your opinion of the Hyundai i30n as evo seem to love it. Enjoyed seeing the boat vlog btw and following your location videos.
the yacht video was amazing James. I felt like I was there. Great video. keep it up!
Greece content, bring us more. Just keep a ring with the car/motoring world, like the engine tour :)
S1 content, it lacks for long time. It is more related to what the majority of the audience may can get their hands on, so allow us to keep the feet on the ground and see that you guys are also "made of flesh and bone" ;)

I definetly liked the boat video
Would love to see a cheeky tune and potential exhaust. Having commitment issues choosing one for mine, no real content out there to help decide😊
100% and do a silencer delete. I’ve never done modifications before but makes a huge difference
Great content mate. Please do feature more affordable hot hatches. Hot hatch tour, great idea.
+Thomas Robson Will do! Thanks Thomas!
The Hot Hatch Tour sounds like so much fun!!! Please do it!
Keep it and tune for sure as its different from the rest of your line-up. Manual, tuned, suspension, maybe exhaust? What a little weapon it could be.
And yes, hot hatch tour for sure👍
Love the cars, but always get more excited when notifications for the lifestyle videos come out!
+Denis Spratt Sounds good, thanks Denis!
my S1 on a mountain pass is pure fun! you have to come to switzerland with your audi and try it!
Love your S1! Please tune it 👍🏼
What a great video! I love the Audi S1 and would love to see different types of content
Slight adjustment of shocks and ECU tuning should be the way to go. Probably that's all you need to do. If you want a little bit more power than that, a new intercooler.
The hot hatch tour has to go to Spain, the roads are incredible and so quiet! The best roads in Europe by far!
The content from Greece was very cool indeed. Do more videos like that every once in a while.
I really think that you should get into classic cars. Also a garage tour would be perfect. I always enjoy your content.
Love the idea of a hot hatch tour and you tuning the S1!
I loved the last video and would love to see more like it!
The road trip with hot hatch backs is a great idea.
The hot hatch tour is a brilliant idea I would love to join that tour abt is the way to go:-) cheers steve :-)
