The snackfully box is a huge rip off, works out £2.25 per snack and most of those don't cost more than £1.50. Those small tonys bars are only £1 each, and the deliciously Ella are £1.50 in waitrose. I looked up the Ryhthm 108 cookies and they're priced at £1.29 - £1.59 online and the flower and white bars are £1.39. Surely you should be saving money when you bulk buy and don't know what you're getting?

Doing an art subscription box series with your Dad would literally be the best thing ever! 😍Would love to see what you both create with the random supplies and prompts they send! I love watching art UA-camrs do those kinds of videos, but it would be cool to see someone who doesn't usually do art videos creating things and how your Dad would also approach it with his experience - plus you could potentially include other family members too! 🤗
I used to watch a lot of artists get art subscription boxes, and they'd try to make a piece of art using everything in the box. I think it'd be cute if you tried to something like that! Maybe find an edible type of subscription box and make something with the stuff you get inside, haha.
@@salomeydraws Oh, I don't mean set out recipes. 🙂 I mean trying to make a challenge out of making something else. Like actually thinking up something new, to make a dessert using stuff out of one the confectionary boxes as a challenge.
@@hannahjayne8566 ah that's a good idea! They have to put stuff that goes together in the box though otherwise it wouldn't work (but they could have a menu to suggest things you could make from the items?)
One of my favourite subscription boxes is the stationary box from Papergang! They have a new designer/illustrator every month who designs new products! Great value for your money! Loved the video Grace, would love to see a part 2 😁
I love the Feel Good Book Club Box! It's a book, snack and other lovely bits every month and all proceeds go to the Samaritans Charity. Such a nice way to support a charity
PAPERGANG!! I absolutely love stationary and getting my monthly box in the post is honestly one of my highlights. A few things that I love most about it are that each one is themed around a certain thing and is designed by an independent artist; inside there is a leaflet about whats in the box as well as a Q&A with the artist who designed it THEN to top it off, every 4 boxes you receive, they plant a tree! I highly highly recommend (it also gives a lot of amazing ideas and bits and bobs for presents!) Ive had graze a few times but rarely ever get it anymore (years ago they used to do a breakfast one which was AMAZING) and I have tried the VeganKind one a few times (I accidentally forgot to cancel my free one) and it was okay but I felt it was a bit too pricey for what you get (especially as a lot of the food things were spicy and Im not a spice girl in the slightest).
Love your channel so much, Grace! Tiny little disclaimer about the international snack subscription boxes for anyone with food allergies - different countries have different regulatory standards when it comes to food allergies, so proceed with caution if you have a severe allergy. Having not realized this, I may or may not have once accidentally ended up in the ER after eating something from one of these boxes.
That first box, after researching how much each of these would cost to buy in the supermarket, even if you shop at waitrose or something i got £16.95. prices may vary a little depending on where its being sold but what u payed for that was insane
If you're interested in a Birchbox subscription, at the end of December they do a really good deal on yearly subscriptions. I got a 12 month subscription for half price so around £75 and I was SO impressed
I love Scrawlrbox! It's similar to the crafting box you got but then filled with art supplies; everything you need comes in the kit. Have been getting their boxes for 2 years now and I still love getting them each month :) They're based out of the UK so definitely worth a try for a future video! xx
I do the vegan kind subscription box and its the only one I get. I love it. It usually has some really nice stuff filled with big brands but also lesser known brands so you get to try something new each month. They also have a 'household' product each time and I got this really fancy vitamin D spray which will be great for this winter. It is such a nice treat for yourself and it brings me so much joy and look foward to it every month.
Agreed - TVK's box is great, the food is always good - but that one extra nonfood item is invariably a total win, I have so many of those things in general use now - they even did a great hand sanitiser during lockdown.
Oooh I wish you had gotten a BuddyBox! It's a subscription although you can get one-offs (I get one for myself maybe once a year when I'm having a particularly difficult time) and it's filled with crafts and nice things for mental health!
I love subscription boxes too!! Such a fun gift :) my favourite was makerly craft box and I am a seasoned crafter but the activities were so fun and not too easy or too hard! defo worth a try. I also love the spicery subscription as you try and make so many new foods
I’ve tried a few different subscriptions but the best one by far for me is the Lush Kitchen subscription! 5-6 lush products around a theme sent every month, I am a lush fanatic so I generally use it all but anything that isn’t my cup of tea makes such good presents!
booksthatmatter do a subscription box that i'd love to see you try out if you do a part 2! they send a book and a collection of gifts every month based on a theme
Birchbox we’re the OG beauty box subscription service and Glossybox were their UK competitor because they refused to deliver outside of the USA for ages, and when they did they lost the customer pool to glossybox. Truthfully they were really good at the start then they both went to hell in a hand basket at the height of their popularity. I’m shocked they’re still going 😂😂😂
I get my son a Universal Yums snack box subscription every year for his birthday and he loves it. I think the value is pretty good. There's a different country every month, last month was Korea, this month was Spain. It seems to be a lot like the Snack Surprise box!
This was a great idea for a video. How about maybe doing a branded vs unbranded food taste test or only buying items of a certain color for the day. Also maybe a day of you eating what your mom or sister eat. Happy days from Canada.
I would really like to see an honest review of Air up I keep seeing lots about them but they’re paid promotions so don’t know!! I really want to get one but am not wanting to waste that kind of money if it’s not a good product!! Love your videos ❤
Omg, I had the Graze subscription when I lived in London in like 2012 (!!!). I’m originally from Sweden. I was always SO excited when my Graze box came and I loved all the snacks. The only downside was that it was only four snacks, so it was gone super quickly! When I was a vegan I also subscribed to a vegan snack box here in Sweden which was also phenomenal! Snack subscription boxes are the best, because you get to try so many new things 😍
I love this!! I would love to see review small businesses, food related. There are soo many good ones like, Friarjacks, The Chocolate Smiths, The Cookie Lab, Fudgelicious ❤
The only subscription box service i had was Sakuraco. So i got 6 boxes, i sadly had to stop getting it due to financial changes, life stuff, and the cost of living, though if i could i would still happily get them! At first they did themed boxes and i wasn't the biggest fan, especially the green tea and matcha one. But then they did mixed boxes and i loved it! Not ever snack landed for me, but i loved trying new things and things from Japan! I think i would have preferred the Tokyo Treat one, which i really did want, but Sakuraco came with cute homeware items, facts about Japan, and had quite interesting food. My first box went missing and they were super nice about it, and it actually turned up again later! I think generally i woulda preferred Tokyo Treat, but Sakuraco was definitely a great subscription service and i so wish icould continue it!
I subbed because you are so loveable 😊, but I Am a makeup box lover, so I hope to see some on your channel. I do enjoy seeing more unusual ones, like the craft box. As far as I know, at least here in the US, Birchbox was one of, if not the first sub boxes. I remember it being a brand-new idea, but that was Years ago. I would have loved to have seen some swatches, (the eyeshadow, not the chocolate 😆). I think the craft box is ideal for those of us with ADHD, who love to do crafts, but tend to buy every item in the store, and end up being very overwhelmed. With ONE project, start to finish, I might actually finish something 😁. Enjoyed your video, enjoyed your family 😊.
Grace if you do another one of these, I think you should consider doing the Lush Kitchen box! It’s a little more involved than most subscription boxes and has a time period for sign up and voting on the contents. You get 5 box exclusives and maybe 1-2 goodies that you can use in your daily life. I work at a Lush in America and we just brought the box to the states 😌. It is a grab bag of scents so it could be a huge hit or a huge miss but I think you’d love the holiday themed box since I know you love Christmas!
first thing that came to mind with that first box was the amount of plastic packaging... such a lot of waste :( I feel like you could buy loads of ingredients for that amount of money and make your own snacks
You turned me on to the Bird & Blend subscription, luckily they ship to the US. Last time I got Birchbox they were all tiny foil samples and they changed their rewards program. Maybe I’ll have to give it another look.
Cohorted do really good subscription boxes, they are quite expensive but it is high end make up/skincare. The Chocolate Smiths do a subscription box as well as Build & Bake (brownies made from sweet potato)
Graze I did on and off for years but I got bored and you can get Graze in shops now. I tried Birchbox but wasn't impressed. I am now in the Liberty beauty club which is great. You pay £20 a month and you get a box every quarter for free and the £20 gets saved on your Liberty account and you can spend it on anything on Liberty and get free postage. You can also spend your balance in store- it's a win win. My October box is arriving tomorrow 👍☺️
I tried Graze about 10 years ago and birch box about 6/7 years ago. I found they got repetitive quite quickly and i ended up with about 5 very similar brown eyeshadow. I do like the asian snack box seoulbox, but its overpriced and the air miles on it are eyewatering, so i only get it once a year or so if there is a deal.
Great video, just a warning on Snack Surprise tho, I signed up and was unable to cancel my subscription for a long time, I had to cancel my card because they do not communicate, such a shame as a good product but cannot be trusted!
Your newest video was recommended below the newest Sorted video I'd just finished watching. Never seen you before but something had me clicking to watch. I normally wait a week or more before subbing to a new channel. I like to feel 'em out before committing to a subscription, kinda like a test drive 😂. But something about you has me hitting the sub button and turning notifications on after the 3rd video watched. I'm looking forward to digging into your previous uploads and seeing what you've got in store going forward. 😃
Excellent vlog Grace - I often think about buying a subscription box... I used to subscribe to Graze, but stopped it when I could get Graze in my local shop. All the others looked excellent, except for Snackfully - that box was very poor!
LOVED this vlog, more please! Interesting to receive what I call "trial sizes" from all of these companies, because if you like, you subscribe for more of their products!! (I think Banksy liked the 1st box best as it made the perfect cat hidey box LOL! I know Michael's has put together those craft boxes where you can try a craft to see if you want to invest in them more down the line. I tried the resin one and loved it as resin jewelry and other items you can make are gorgeous!) I also found my love for stained glass making after taking a class. Cannot wait to see what you find for us during the holidays as far as advent, and presents (LOVE vlogs where you find items for your family, and ask your family's opinion on things you have bought or baked)
Snack surprise is one of the worst subscription boxes out there the product are ok but the customer service and wait times are shocking from the money being taken out of your account to the box being shipped can take up to two months and in that time they will still charge you for the following box so you end up always waiting. In addition they removed the cancellation button from the website and the won’t respond to emails so the only way to cancel the subscription is to block the payment with your bank
I am not a frequent commentor, but i just wanted to say that i enjoy your video´s so much. I am hypersensitief which means that a lot af video´s are just to much. I watch all your videos because you explain things very well en your voice is very calm/soothing, which really works for me and my brain haha. Thank you!
My sister and I subscribed to snack suprise for a year we got the biggest one. You got a lot for your money different country each month. And a booklet on each item facts about the country etc. The only thing that let it down was time waiting. Our August Box came in October only 2 months out of about 12 were on time :( I understand latest issues with brexit etc.
the idea of snacksurprise is great but I urge people not to get it. I treated myself to a years subscription 2 years ago, and they’re a scam company. you won’t get boxes for months on end, they remove the cancel subscription button from their website and ignore your emails so you can’t cancel unless you go through the bank. please avoid for your own sake x
£25 for the Craft box is daylight robbery. I've been crafting since 2001 (used to craft magazine articles) so have fairly good knowledge of prices and that box you received was worth about £10 (max). You would probably be better off to try Hobbycraft,,'The Works' or 'The Range'
I like the idea of some of these boxes, but I'd rather order them ad-hoc. I feel like, unless it's something you're really into, the subscription model mostly just seems to benefit the companies.
I currently am subscribed to only one box: doki doki crate (from Japan crate) When I subscribed, I thought I'd regret it, but the cute things I get every month are worth it. I recently moved out of my parents' house, and these little gifts aren't just cute, they're also functional. From kitchen and dining ware, to accessories and beauty products. I can't wait to open this month's box. I wonder what the theme will be (since the previous box was halloween themed)
27.5 is about 1.85 each, and idk your brands, but I think that's about average in the US in dollars. $1.85 for a candy bar/snack. On the other hand, you're there and you ARE a connoisseur of snacks, so I will bow to your wisdom.
those little tonys chocolonely bars arent supposed to be that expensive, like it isnt cheap chocolate, but here in the netherlands where it is from a normal size bar (which is like four times this size) costs like maybe 3 euros at a fancier supermarket, the small ones more around 1,50 or something
We started getting an international treats box during Covid and it really lifted our spirits and was something fun for our family to look forward to. I tried FabFitFun and for the money, the quality just got to be less and less over the year I had it. I did get a handful of good things I still use, but I gave a lot away. From the reviews, I wasn't the only one. I've wanted to try CatLadyBox. Seems like a perfect one for me! 😆
I'm not quite sure if you have ever done this before but u know what would be a fun new format? You trying foods from different countries that get sent to you by us subscribers hehe Would love to see your reaction to my favorite snacks!
Could you maybe do a video reviewing all of the marmite products? There is hummus, rolls, cheese and pinwheels at M&S. You can get truffle marmite, chilli marmite and marmite peanut butter now. As well as lynx marmite. 😆
I was subscribed to you years ago and one of your shorts popped up and my feed, I was like huh? I got unsubscribed somehow but I'm now again a subscriber and I've got Grackle back!!!!!!!!
It would have been good to know how much each box cost versus what is would cost to buy the individual items from the store ie what are you saving by subscribing.
I get Birchbox and have for 6 years. I love them! Does depend on the box, some are better then others. You do get your moneys worth with the full sizes when you get them. And some of the boxes are so pretty to reuse!
I really thought you might have found a pick n mix/ sweets box or a cakes/ bakes box 😂 I'd actually love to see those. But great video. I know what to avoid 😂
With the grace subscription box you can go on their site and tick your fave snacks and say no to what you don’t like !! So you could like all the flapjacks if you wanted !
WHAT VIDEOS WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE FROM!? Or any reviews 😊
I love your international food videos! Well, I love all your videos but those ones are very interesting. :)

More of these please 😊 loved the video 🤍
Your love language is gifts and time bless you
I am not a frequent commentor, but i just wanted to say that i enjoy your video´s so much.
Would love to see a Degustabox unboxing/review!
My favourite is the paper gang stationary subscription box
👩🎨: “ve - gân”
🤡: “oh! VEGAN”
I had to stop the video with laughing 4:20
Grace, would you be willing to share where you got that royal blue sweater you were wearing for the first box? It's gorgeous!
Loved this video! I'm reading all the comments for reccomendations now too
Honestly Tokyo treat is bangin😍😍
the idea of snacksurprise is great but I urge people not to get it. I treated myself to a years subscription 2 years ago, and they’re a scam company. you won’t get boxes for months on end, they remove the cancel subscription button from their website and ignore your emails so you can’t cancel unless you go through the bank. please avoid for your own sake x
I liked glossy box but after a while it’s all the same kind of stuff, nice to keep stuff aside though to gift to friends
Bird and blend tea would be a fab video for you !
Every company ever is to benefit the company
Tiktok is banned here in India and a few other places as well, so i hope you can post the unboxing in shorts here aswell as we cannot access tiktok
I would love to see how the American companies would stack up. Great idea!
absolutely love your videos 💖💖 I'd love to see a video on makeup/stationary advent calendars !!!
Vegan town (vegan chocolate and sweet shop) do a good subscription box. Their whole online shop is good too.
I currently am subscribed to only one box: doki doki crate (from Japan crate)
When I subscribed, I thought I'd regret it, but the cute things I get every month are worth it.
I'm going to pronounce "vegan" as "ve-zhahn" forever now. ❤🤗❤
In the U.K. you can buy a large chocolonely bar in a supermarket for £3.50 so it seems pretty overpriced to me
In the U.K. £1.85 would get you a pack of 4 chocolate bars in a supermarket
those little tonys chocolonely bars arent supposed to be that expensive, like it isnt cheap chocolate, but here in the netherlands where it is from a normal size bar (which is like four times this size) costs like maybe 3 euros at a fancier supermarket, the small ones more around 1,50 or something
You can buy a large chocolonely bar in the U.K. for £3 ish so yeah even here that is an absolute rip off
We started getting an international treats box during Covid and it really lifted our spirits and was something fun for our family to look forward to. I tried FabFitFun and for the money, the quality just got to be less and less over the year I had it. I did get a handful of good things I still use, but I gave a lot away. From the reviews, I wasn't the only one. I've wanted to try CatLadyBox. Seems like a perfect one for me! 😆
Your facial expression in the thumbnail is killing me loool love you Grace
My heart is always full when I see you uploaded 🥰
I'm not quite sure if you have ever done this before but u know what would be a fun new format? You trying foods from different countries that get sent to you by us subscribers hehe Would love to see your reaction to my favorite snacks!
You should try the la chocolatrice subscription box 🤤
I had birchbox for a while and it felt like a nice little treat each month. I have tried graze as well and I was disappointed
Could you maybe do a video reviewing all of the marmite products? There is hummus, rolls, cheese and pinwheels at M&S. You can get truffle marmite, chilli marmite and marmite peanut butter now. As well as lynx marmite. 😆
I almost always get disappointed by the snack ones. I end up with a whole bunch of like a spicy cheeto that I don't want LOL
I was subscribed to you years ago and one of your shorts popped up and my feed, I was like huh? I got unsubscribed somehow but I'm now again a subscriber and I've got Grackle back!!!!!!!!
The advent is so worth it.
It would have been good to know how much each box cost versus what is would cost to buy the individual items from the store ie what are you saving by subscribing.
Grace I love your videos! Question: how did you over come your dairy intolerance? Any advice as I am a lactose intolerance queen 👸🏽
Your family had some really good ideas!! It would be so fun if you unboxed together some time
I get Birchbox and have for 6 years.
Loved this video :) ever tried Oddbox? We are a huge fan and veg/fruit is all fresh :)
do a pyjama subscription box!
Where is your stripped sweater froooom? I love it!🎉😊
can you put the taste test on youtube shorts aswell as some of us dont have tiktok but would love to watch it
