    1. Top-Down Sales Model:
    - usually for a System of Record SaaS with large enterprise software contracts
    - long sales cycle with multiple meetings
    - large deal size
    - transforms the company (your product is core to their workflow)
    - long term deal
    2. Bottoms-Up Sales Model:
    - AKA Product Led Growth
    - Get users to start using your product individually
    - Then incentivize them to spread it within their company
    - Low CAC
    - No Complicated Sales Process
    - Warm Sales Leads
    3. Land and Expand Sales Model:
    - Really Engaged Customer
    - Doing a Pilot/Trial for a subset of users within the Company
    - Smaller and Faster Deal
    - TK prefers "Plan the Wedding" approach
    - That involves moving from pilot to land and expand, methodically

    Hi, can you tell us please if we puck any idea from the 5 you listed how can we start our saas business from the coding side, should we go for no code software or should we hire a developer and if we need a developer what is the best language to use. as an a example i am interested in the crm where do i have to sart to build my micro saas. Thank you
