Greetings TK ! Why is it crucial for startups to recognize the transition point between the momentum-building phase and the doubling down phase, and how does collecting data in the earlier phase impact this transition?
Because if you don’t double down on what’s working when it’s working, you won’t be able to unlock the next scale. You’ll plateau because you’ll be spreading your attention too thin across too many bets.

That’s not really a significant enough number to survey. We didn’t see any data on it.
What would you do these days with AI? New tools come out but the market seems saturated… even when something is new there’s a ton of competition
Work smarter. SaaS is a competitive game. It’s not for the faint of heart.
