Let's do it team! Today's workout is a full body HIIT circuit followed by a quick ab workout. We will be adding weights to some of the exercises for added resistance. Lots of powerful moves in this one today but remember to listen to your body and do what feels right for you! Breakdown: Full Body HIIT x2 rounds each 40sec work + 20s rest
Ab workout x 2 rounds 20sec work + 10sec rest
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Week 2 day 4 check in, work out complete
This workout today was the absolute best. Only gave myself an extra 60 seconds of rest in between sets of HIIT and made a couple things slightly easier since the original was a bit hard for me. However I did the abs without stopping or making any easier, so yay!

Hi Sarah, I love your workouts! I already can see a difference in my body! I need some help though. When doing the exercise in 21:03, I can do the crunch while sucking in my bellybutton. However, when I have to lower my legs again, my back instantly goes hollow again. This also happens to me with leg raises. Before I start, I tilt my pelvis so my back is flat on the floor and tuck in my belly button, to start of right, yet my back hollows again - no matter how much I try to tighten my core. What can I do? Thanks!
Hey Abby! I'm not sure who Sarah is but I can answer your questions! lol ;) That's totally normal and happens to many people! Continue focusing on that pelvic tilt and engaged core but don't worry too much about dropping your legs all the way down. Go as low as you can and then as you feel that back arch bring the legs back up. Move slowly and really concentrate on your form. I like to place my hands or a cushion under my hips for a little added support. As your lower abs and hip flexors become stronger you will notice your legs start to drop a little further without the back arching! You can also try keeping the legs bent until your progress further! I hope this helps :D

I strain my neck too much during those Ab exercises so I had to improvise. Still feel the burn thou. The burpee jacks are new to me and they are killer!
you should get someone professional to check your form, my neck used to hurt too , but then I learned to engage my core properly, and it’s been working ever since, just don’t risk hurting yourself!

Heather you are phenomenal, I love the workouts, they are a challenge and I find myself coming back for more. I love the AB workouts painful, but love it. No pain no gain. I need to focus on strengthening my upper body, and work on my arms. Thank you and many blessings to you.
Finished this workout this morning with minimal sleep 😰I feel like I can hold myself in a plank better today than last week. Either I’m losing weight or gaining the muscle to hold up this rotund frame😂

thank God it was quickly over ... I have a love-hate relationship with HIIT. I love the way I feel after, how much sweat I produce, how high is my heart rate .... but I die during several times :) LOL Thanks for the workout though :)

That was a good but not overwhelming workout. Am noticing the changes to my body. I am also doing internittent fasting. I fast from 7-pm on Sunday night through to 7-8am on Tuesday mornings. I am losing weight and tightening up. My energy levels are slowly coming back. Am taking one tablespoon of castor oil a morning to redress a vata imbalance.
I love your workouts! But sometimes the music (their lyrics) are really awful. Especially the one about drunk driving - I'd love to hear some more positive and uplifting song lyrics in your videos!

I love these workouts, I do believe unless you are doing them very quickly it is hard to get enough reps in for it to really make a difference. I know she goes fast but sometimes I stop the timer and do a number amount of reps instead. Example: I could only do eight solid crunches in the amount of time given (i use weights tho). When on my own I do 16 in a set. I just find timed circuits to be tough and a little stressful because if you aren't doing them at the same speed you don't exactly get the same workout. But I love these get my heart pumping and I sweat a lot. Always feel great after
Heather I have knee pain. I did this video plus your abs workout the other day. Yesterday i took a break but still have pain today. Im gonna do your low impact today. Im far from obese or old so i don't get it. Low impact might hold me from getting real results cuz i know i need cardio to lose these 15 lbs. Advise please

Hey Heather! I only have kettlebells at home and I am wondering if you have any modifications to your 12 week plan workouts with weights that I can use to get through with kettlebells instead of dumbbells.
