It's time for a NO REPEAT HIIT workout team! This full body workout uses weights to increase the intensity so you'll be building strength and burning fat fast! Wrapping up with a no repeat ab circuit today and then don't forget to stick around for the cool down and stretch. Let's Gooooo!!!!
Breakdown: 1 no full body circuit x1 round 40s work + 20s rest
1 no repeat ab circuit x1 round 20s work + 10s rest (take 0s rest for an extra challenge!)
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

I don't have my feet off of the ground for the Russian twists or the V crunch, but I got through them without stopping! :D
I’m definitely getting destroyed. Still making modifications and definitely stopped mid reps for some of them. I’m trying to get better every day! One day I’ll make it through a whole video while doing all the moves COMPLETELY

Ashley Kenny of course the legs will get bigger, it’s the muscles that grow, but I believe with the time the fat part will start to disappear slowly 😊😊 before, many times I actually stopped working out, just cuz I thought my legs are getting bigger, why the hell im working out 😁 but now I understand you need patience for them to loose weight ❤️

Always get excited when there are no repeats but I also love those deadlifts and would do that move 5 times more :). Still loving these workouts Heather!!!!! Still the only thing I wish were different is I'd love for you to talk through the cool down! ♥️

I just found Heather on UA-cam and I love her workouts! I started the 12 day exercise today. Easy to follow and nice transition showing the next exercise. I have shared this with many of my friends.

Today i was did your full body workout,+Strechg + ABS. I work so hard thanks for all your workout. I follow did i lot of rutine by UA-cam, les mill, zeus, MMA, man Marker, body combat, by lesmills cos i love everything by lesmill ( dance, strechght, body attac, trx, bodypum) etc.... but now you are my favorite. female.

I can’t gush enough how much I love no repeats. Helps me push myself harder knowing I only need to give it all for one round. I love T-push-ups and plank rockers so much. I demonstrated them to my friend the other say and he was like, “holy shit!” Def moves I’ll use to impress the boys + girls at the gym (ones of these days).
W4D2...done! These workouts are just the right length for this working mom! Those plank variations though; anything that involves that position is going to be tough...froggers (ouch), up and down planks with jacks, shoulder taps, saws...oh my core, shoulders, arms, legs...just everything. Ok, I haven't DIED for a while during this program, but today I was DYING!! But I finished, and did all the workouts fully, so yay!
@Heather Robertson I am loving these workouts as I usually lift heavy weights and then do 20 min of EMOM for cardio. NIce to have both in one and I am wanting to slim down instead of be so bulky. I am hoping this plan will do it. Just wondering if 30 min is all you do Heather? You have the physical appearance that I would like to achieve and my workouts are usually 1.5 hours. Worried 30 min is not enough?
Specially the second part of the HIIT was hard ... cardio wipe me out every time ....But I pushed through and now I am in 7th heaven :)

Loved it! Had to really push myself hard to exercise today but it was sooo worthy! Loving these videos with no talking (no offense). I can listen to music or watch my favourite tv shows while exercising :-)

I no longer want to do anything that repeats! I look forward to your no repeat workouts but like all HIITs can't do it more than 4x/week. I do yoga in between. Keep making no repeats! I like the nonirritating music and no talking. And the peep signals are great!
didn't feel motivated today but I pushed through, Honestly did not think I will make it this far that's why I eat everything and drink anything, need to change all of that in week 5 to actually be in a calorie deficit and to actually lose weight and get to 12 weeks :)

wow circuit 2 killed me! those burpee hops and up down plank jacks were hard and I dont know how I could still be so bad at pushups! I liked it though, went by very fast and the abs were killer.
I'd just like to say that there's no time up sound at 25:22 and i was dying in the plank thinking to myself why it got so hard at 20 when i can hold for a minute but then i looked at the screen and..... Anyway i died but i also died at the second round's last 4 exercises. Great workout though if you ignore the murderous intent.
I almost skipped it today, but I'm so glad I showed up. This was super fun and I loved the cool down music.
The proof I'm getting stronger is that I couldn't hold plank pose longer than 1 minute four weeks ago, and now I can hold it for 2 minutes and 10 seconds
Will these videos stay up after 12 weeks? I'm not keeping up exactly, so it's going to take me longer than 12 weeks.

doing this quite a while after it was uploaded initially but lemme tell ya, since i put my laptop on my bed to see the workout while i'm doing it, i definitely end up doing more reps for the ab section just by sitting up to see the next move 😂
I hate when i take a "needed" break right before the designated rest....like... If I had just kept going I would have made it!
