Vintage Kitchen Tour
Hey everyone here is a look at my Kitchen. I’m so happy with how it turned out and came together but there is still more I would like to do, so I’m considering this round two. I thought it would be fun to capture each stage of the process. If you would like to see what it looked like at each stage you can watch the video linked below. Most of the stuff i used was thrifted or purchased on ebay, but if you have any questions leave them below, I’ve linked the tiny shelves I used by the sink, the vintge Inspired Bluetooth speaker and the contact paper I used to cover the countertops *these links provided are affiliate links and I do earn a small commission if you use the links. Cute kitchen update! Would you do a video showing us some of your favorite cookbooks from your collection? I started collecting them the past few months and it’s a fun new hobby (on the cheap!) I love to visit the library book sales to treasure hunt. ❤
Yes, I used to do vintage recipe videos but haven’t for awhile, I was thinking in the new year I could make recipes again and maybe focus on one cookbook a month. I was having doubts about whether people would like that or not but I think you just encouraged me to do it. It is a really fun hobby although I’m getting to the point where I should probably stop buying more 😂

Thank you so much 😊 Yes, I hate the fridge haha I could paint it but I don’t feel like that is a good use of my time or money. I have seen some vintage inspired appliances that I love they are just really expensive compared to regular appliances 😂 So it might be a few years before I get them 😊
Great job on the cabinets and those curtains look great! That orange shelf is so sweet…my waiting is over to see it…yea. The green cabinets blend nicely with your counters. Loving your kitchen! I, like roses and lace, have the more 50’s style just because of my red/white Hoosier style cabinets. If I had two kitchens, one would be your kitchen style. So cute!

I am so in love with what you did. I loved how you reused what you had. The cabinets look phenomenal in comparison to your video from 2 years ago. This was absolutely inspiring and it gets me excited for when I buy my home. I plan to do a berries and lemonade theme

You did a wonderful job! You could buy or make a blender cover for your Ninja using a vintage print. It's pretty well hidden where you have it though.

I love your kitchen! Do you use your Pyrex for cooking? I have the primary color mixing bowls, which I love and used occasionally for making cakes and storing potatoes. Then I read about the lead concerns and wondered if I should use them in that manner.
Anyway, you created a wonderful work of vintage beauty in your kitchen!
Thank you! I used to use them pretty frequently until I learned about the lead. I will use them occasionally when I make vintage recipe videos but I ended up buying new casserole dishes and bowls for every day use. I think for my own piece of mind I feel better but I know lots of people say it’s fine to use them so I don’t know I guess it’s whatever you feel comfortable with. Thanks so much for watching 😊

Yes it’s called Absinthe but this may not be very helpful as it’s only available at Canadian Tire in Canada 😊
