Oh please make your own houses. It's so much fun. Those my ornaments reminded me of something that one of my coworkers brought to work to donate toward our Christmas decorations for a party one year. He had just gotten remarried and was getting rid of a ton of Christmas decorations and I think his aunt had made all of these little woodland creature Christmas tree ornaments and they all had dresses or jackets on. Well, I got rid of a lot of stuff that he donated, but I ended up hanging onto those and I do put them on the tree at work Sometimes because they’re just so darn cute. And the fact that they’re handmade, I just couldn’t get rid of them.

So fun! I have two of those merry Christmas, happy new year glasses that were behind those Correl cups. I got them from a thrift store several years ago even before I was really interested in vintage stuff.

I went to a thrift store today and I found a few vintage items still in package. One was a Christmas card holder made from paper that you hang on a door. The other thing was luminaries with the bags and the candles. I did not buy either one, though.

I scout for satin baubles all the time Jamie...my parents had them on our tree when we were little so they give me such feels ..it was satin baubles, plastic decorations and the other ones you scout (...i forget how you refer to them in your videos)....i feel like we were born same era as same things attract us...iim a may 74 baby!! Wonderful finds!

UK person here & everyone I now has christmas crackers on the lunch/dinner table no matter where their heritage. there is much debate of When to open the crackers - you find that lower class people open them straight away - the posher you are the later in the meal you open them!! (in my house it was between main and lighting the christmas pudding stage!)

So many memories....I am 72 year old gay man who has been with his husband for 41 years...as a young boy in the 60s I even had my own tree in my bedroom...still have the ornaments!!

Omg those were some deals ..those Noma fairy tales light bell’s were only 4.50 ?! When my kids were growing up in the 80's and 90's, every Christmas eve they got to open pajamas, robes, slippers and a movie from Santa.

Christmas eve i was allowed to open one gift which was my pjs to wear for the night. So now my parents are gone my kids and I continue it for the grand babies.
