Figured it out. Just make 1000 copies, make the “Move” section 0.1mm (that’s if you’re using millimeters) for both Hori and Vert.

You don't need to export from Illustrator and then Import in Photoshop formally .. Just copy from Illustrator and Paste it in Photoshop as Smart Vector Object
