Meghan Bond definitely not too young!! When I was little I’d play house and would dress up all fancy and turn on Lawrence Welk and pretend my husband and I were there at the show while the kids were with the sitter lol Never too young!!!

Bob made a lot of lame comments.
This is genuinely one of his best. Because he does a lot of stuff that he doesn't usually do. I always love it the most when he does something other than just blue sky, snow-peaked mountain, evergreen tree forest, still-water lake, some bushes, a dirt path here and there, maybe a tiny all brown wooden cabin waaay in the distance.
You know? That bark was phenomenal!

This is me every time I see him add one of those huge ass trees from top to bottom of the canvas.
Many a people found inner peace and spiritual comfort in the virtual company of Bob Ross. In these cruel days of Coronavirus pandemic the world resigned to social distancing could have found solace in his special magic. Albeit, his legacy lives on through these wonderful videos.
Everytime I think I won't like the painting and then he just puts the piece together one by one and creates something I love

Bob just used an oval canvas. He did get a 'little crazy' this time.
And he manages to paint one picture, maybe times, in under twenty five minutes! It would take me days of not months to do the same thing. Thanks Bob and God bless you.

The way Ross encourages people to paint saying things like "let's get crazy", "it's up to you", "this goes to... we don't know" is amazing. It's basically the same as saying "go there and paint, see what happens". I'm not a painter, but I can't stop watching this.

This is so relaxing
this time he didn't say 'beat the devil out of it' when he cleaned the brush, I kinda missed it
This was a VERY unique and colorful and warm painting! Not only do we get to see an actual CARVED oval, but we have, well, flowers! Yes, tiny easy-to-paint flowers but still its a nice deviation from the norm. The warmth in the yellow sky along with the green/yellow leaves and that one yellow bush pair together nicely, along with the brown trees and reflections, and the bush and cabin.I think that the white highlights on the tree, along with the cabin and leaves on the top stand out the most, and stand out in a very good way. It's always nice to see the little hidden cabin and wonder about the life that the people in that cabin must have if the scene was real. I enjoy things like that.

What the fuck IS bob ross? He literally not only can make someone paint who never has before, but some people just LISTEN to him for comfort! Im a little both...ive been an artist since 9 yrs old....35 now... But not experienced with oil painting.... He is just an AMAZING soul.... So wholesome, so humble, so kind and loving with animals.... I literally weep when thinking this man had to go like he did.... We all miss you bob ! Helping me fix my happy accidents....😖 we all miss you buddy....

What an amazing man with such a beautiful talent I look up to him I love his calming nature and how good he makes u feel he will always be missed and will never be forgotten

I would play his shows daily for my kids when they were very young as it calmed them...took the edge off the energy they were creating in crazy land. There were more times than not that one or both would sit and watch his show. The calm times... I use to tape on VHS too so that I could watch later. I loved to paint...took a lot of "just do" inspiration from his creations. The art of "just being". I cried the day he died and mourned the loss of a bright shiny soul.

I am astonished that for someone who was born in and grew up in Florida that I see so little of that in his work. It seems like most of his inspiration comes from his time in Alaska. I grew up in New England and yearned to live in Florida for most of my life and now I live here and wouldn't dream of working on anything not related to Florida. One could make an entire career painting the shore alone.
Everyone who grows up in Florida hates it. You love Florida because you didn't grow up here.
