    I retired and lived in south Fort Myers beginning In 2011, and an insurance agent told me to be adequately insured by their company. I needed to live on the 2nd floor of a building 5-7 miles from the Ocean. His recommendations are so accurate.

      @@jimerinrose6235 I appreciate the positive response... I totally get it... Phoenix was home to me for decades, it's just becoming too hot and for so much longer every year... I moved to Flagstaff slowly while keeping my place in Phoenix... I still have it but never use it, now I want to sell it... found my home up here at 7000 feet in elevation. No heat, no hurricanes, no tornados, no mosquitoes, no earthquakes... and climate models show this becoming wetter and wetter over the next 30 years, which we need here in Arizona.

      @BenBethelAZ Рік тому +2

      @@jimerinrose6235 I also ask everyone to consider the time again... man, it's going to take so much time, and you never get that back, for something that's going to happen with more frequency and severity. The hard part is how do you rebuild if the rebuilding may require having insurance that becomes really expensive. It'll happen more and more - federal funds that all US taxpayers contribute to will disproportionately go to areas ravaged by these climate events, it'll become financially unsustainable. I have a friend who moved to Medellin Colombia, he's living like a king for almost nothing... $2K a month gets him a penthouse apartment, chef, housekeeper, dog walker, driver, private health insurance, food... everything. It's tempting to me! The weather there is an 'eternal spring', I need to check it out.

    People driving their cars in salt water should not be surprised that in 6 months...The entire car will be destroyed by rust and the undercarriage will be all rotted out....Shame...Especially that nice Audi !

    • @jimerinrose6235
      @jimerinrose6235  Рік тому

      Absolutely. You have to have the right vehicle, sealed connectors and flush completely. The Audi is not the right vehicle. My vehicle is prepped for stuff like this. Watch some of my other videos. I don’t advise on driving in salt water but a lot of people had to. We had friend’s to help. A lot of houses were under water.

    All cataclysms and anomalies occur due to the fact that a person has legalized lawlessness - murder, same-sex marriage, hatred, corruption, fornication, adultery, surrogate motherhood, cheating, theft and robbery with violence, envy, jealousy, lies, deceit, polygamy , betrayal, cloning, enmity, intransigence, pride, exaltation, thirst for enrichment, anger, slander, foul language, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, betrayal of a husband or wife, bestiality, and much more that is not inherent in human nature. The Creator Longsuffers with us, otherwise the devil would have destroyed the whole world, because the devil hates us, and all of the above are the qualities of the devil with which he deceives all nations in order to have the power to destroy everyone. Peace to all nations!🙏🙏🙏☀️☀️☀️❤️

    And it's just the beginning of the last time. Many people refused God's Law. Vatican's pope still bow down and speak to statues :) of Fatima, instead of praying to Lord Jesus Christ. As he sacrificed Ukraine & Russia to her, that's why it doesn't help. And he still teach to celebrate Sunday 1st day of the week instead of Sabbath 7th day according to Law of God. That's why we have got all these issues. Repent & go back to the true worship of God)

    No rebuilding on barrier islands! You build on a barrier, you pay for people to rescue and feed you along with your insurance based on your market only! I am tired of paying for people who do not leave or who live in flood areas and barrier islands! Enough! Our climate has already changed and I will not pay for the damage of those who did not or still do not recognize how we pollute our own environment! The other guy is tired of paying for their mistakes!

      George may I ask you what brought you here to this video? Was it just to make your comment? I wait for your honest answer. Meanwhile I will share with you why I watched, I have family and friends that lives in the area and my wife and I have many fond memories of vacations on Sanibel Island. We watched this video instead having to travel there to see the damage. Side note: I doubt if this channel is making any money from views of video, but you can be dang sure that Google/UA-cam is raking in the dough from all the videos posted of Ian.
