  • Today we join Pace Morby and Dan Martell to discuss the value of personal development and his new book, “Buy Back Your Time." Learn how personal development and continuous improvement are essential to truly valuing your time and achieving success in both business and family life.
Dan shares his unique methodology for scaling software companies and how he successfully exited three. He notes that hiring the right CEO is a key component to having confidence exiting the company. He also breaks down The Octopus Method, how to create sticky software products that retain customer loyalty.
Dan shares the significance of distribution and affiliates in marketing such products. He also describes how he created a paradigm for himself. Making a dollar from a stranger is how you move from amateur to pro.
Learn how Dan overcame adversity, including juvenile detention, life in a group home and turning his life around to become a successful entrepreneur, building a future for himself. If you're looking for actionable insights and real-life stories that can transform your approach to business and personal growth, this video is a must-watch.

Wow! Dan is from my neck of the woods and spoke at my daughter’s graduation.
Six years ago, I had the opportunity to speak to him after he delivered a speech at my daughter's graduation. I was eager to seek his mentorship, but unfortunately, financial constraints prevented me from being able to afford his guidance. I felt discouraged as I didn't fit into his bracket. However, now I am a student in your course and I am watching this video. Mind blowned 🤯

Pace, you always bring great content and I always look forward to new videos. But, this time you out did yourself. I had heard of Dan Martell, but I was not familiar with his work. I am so impressed, I will be buying his book today and starting to follow him as well. Thank you for all that you do. I loved your conversation and how it flowed so naturally. No hype, no bs. You are a blessing in my life.

Thank you both for the interview. I did the exact same thing in elementary when no one wanted to be around the special needs kids. It was so sad seeing them alone and obviously wanting to interact with other kids. So heartwarming hearing a similar story from Gabi.

Pace already said it in his "private money zoom"
Why do i need a private money lender? -
To pay for anything i dont want to pay for.
What time should i buy back?
Any time I'm not adding value or that i dont want to do.
