My 2 cents to all my Wolf pack brothers and sisters: If you have knee pain, do the stretch at 28:10 religiously. It will save your life lol. You probably also have "lazy glutes" so focus on correcting that. 🐺💪🏻 Good luck.😁

500 burpees is completely top level for everyone.... what you saying about 1000 is maybe only sometimes for challenge... I like to do 500 squats under 20 minutes this is also nice exercise
Stretching and recovery is essential brother. The body needs recovery movements to ‘re-lengthen’, the harder you work the more recovery you’ll need. I strongly recommend it.
