    My 2 cents to all my Wolf pack brothers and sisters:
    If you have knee pain, do the stretch at 28:10 religiously. It will save your life lol. You probably also have "lazy glutes" so focus on correcting that. 🐺💪🏻 Good luck.😁

    Great week . Am overseas . Get up at 04.00 . Did 800 pumps x 300 burpees 80 mins!! Getting stronger mentally and physically... Keeps me going ... respect .

    You rock. This felt good, i needed this, did back to back with the shorter version, this is good for mind also. Energetic & ready for my evening day. Only workout i got in for the day but needed it, i was stiff 💯

    I did this again... This isn't something to do only once, I keep this video saved & I wasn't stretching enough after workouts, making me not even want to workout for the day, but this is crucial, what I need & will continue to do, a ton of stretches, especially if I'm gonna do martial arts

    Today was my toughest workout ever.
    20 days ago i couldnt do one PULL up today i did 150PULL UPS, 200 PUSHUPS, 150 2 PUMP BURPEES, 300 4CT FLUTTER KICKS , AND 5X50 SQUATS as a finisher!

    Yow wolf...this day will be my first official active recovery day. This morning i just experienced the most painful lower right adbominal cramp, I literaly saw a portion of my muscle swell up. I think my body is telling me to do my active recovery. Thank you this video wolf. This helps alot....

    Day 7:
    7 miles bike ride from home to work
    15 min. Break workout: 125 1 pump burpees
    Lunch break workout:
    40-35-35-30-30-30-25
    Push ups
    Squats
    1 pump burpees
    15 min break workout: 125 1 pump burpees
    Post-shift workout:
    25 10 count jumping jacks
    25 5 pump burpees with 5 squats
    7 mile bike from work to home
    No days off.... keep the grind
    Get some

    500 burpees is completely top level for everyone.... what you saying about 1000 is maybe only sometimes for challenge... I like to do 500 squats under 20 minutes this is also nice exercise

      Stretching and recovery is essential brother. The body needs recovery movements to ‘re-lengthen’, the harder you work the more recovery you’ll need. I strongly recommend it.
