Never, did I imagine that what you do is possible, especially considering the fact that you didn't take any real breaks, not even water breaks. You just kept repping out. Your hard work inspired me to try, and even though it took me 3hrs to do the BEGINNER workout, I did it. I cried after man. Never have I felt so much pride in anything I have done. You are truly an inspiration to me. Keep doing what your doing.
That’s great work - when I do iron Wolf’s routines they take me forever but there’s no rush - just plug away and you eventually get them done. Then it’s a massive rush and sense of achievement!
drinking water during the exercise won't help much. It will just be dead weight in your belly. The key is to drink a lot of water distributed equally throughout the day.
Just finished the beginner workout. Took me 53Min. I'm 48 years old and really happy that I finished at all. Your videos are my motivation. Greetings from Germany.
started doing military burpees like this a few weeks ago after being inspired in quarantine. started with 12 mins and increased by 2mins every 2 days. currently at 32mins. feeling strong af, disciplined, arms feel firm and lean, I can pop off the ground like a cat. big up iron wolf what a savage
@@y.rg.s1510 yeah i think its easier to work to a time rather than a fixed number of sets etc. I set a time limit on my phone and use a heart rate monitor to stay at around 160 or whatever i feel like. this helps me just focus on good reps snd keep intensity consistent

People should appreciate the work ethic from this man. These type of workouts are hell! Way better than jogging and I thought hitting the bag was exhausting. I did 2 pumps (prisoner squats) for every rep on the 100 navy seal burpee workout. I thought i was fit until i did this and I legit thought i was a push-up master because i can knock out a 100 push-ups in 2 minutes but this workout burned my shoulders and chest out. These burpee workouts are legit. With true dedication and consistency, you’ll grow 10x stronger than your regular weightlifting sessions. I aspire to become a Marine and Marines don’t strive for mediocrity. I’m aiming for 200 next time. I’d love to follow your training routine, Iron Wolf!

you can easily grow muscle and especially endurance training is possible. hypertrophy is easy. its just that strength is hard... if you dont have a bench or heavy dumbells you cant do squat bench and deadlift. but growth can be done. just motivation needed. but doing 800 push ups is not going to grow you a lot of pecs is youre just trying to get big. the fittest people arent weighing much.

Give yourself extra credit. You did two extra reps on your 5 pumps!! Counted 13 twice and did an extra 1. I think you did like 27 5 pumps! Give yourself an extra 10 pushups! Hell yeah!!
Burpees could also act as a prehab+conditioning exercise for strength lifters, say, doing a set of 10 with 3x pulling your legs in and out, superset with a facepull. I've never felt my serratus muscle get sore before my first burpee workout. Could do wonders for shoulder stability

Man, after trying a few of these workout routines, really start to convince myself, that gyms are not that necessary to get/stay jacked
