my mother drove me insane (im 60) she passed away July 20th ... she sounds like my mother though i guess all moms do that and she was always nagging me about $$$ i wish i listened she's only telling you things for your own good if you are having children you will do the same :)

I make my cheese balls using Maangchi’s chapssal donut batter recipe (ua-cam.com/video/WTUQ_9s_bfI/v-deo.html) and add whatever cheese in the middle and fry it. I particularly don’t like mine sweet so I replace the sugar with salt in the recipe. They also sell chapssal donut mixes in Korean markets, it makes it a lot easier to make the cheese balls if you don’t want to make it from scratch or have a hard time finding certain ingredients.
