Yes... As far as I can recall, somehow I, I clicked on this video (don't think I knew what a muckbang was back then) and watched it entirely out of curiosity and I come back to it once in a while.
Seems like a lot of us discovered muckbang through this video because it may have been one of the most viewed one at that time too...

On these days she eats like 600 calories and also work out 2 times for 1 hour each. It's not easy and it's definetely not healthy. I hope she won't get sick.

I use to have an eating disorder and it sounds crazy but being with someone or just watching someone in general reminds me that it’s okay to eat a lot or even be hungry 🤷🏼♀️ everyone is different though lol
