In this video, Adam goes over why the rhythm is the glue that holds the golf swing together. Whether if you are going through a swing change or feel disconnected, this swing feel will allow the hands and body move together in the golf swing ultimately leading to straighter and compressed shots.

These lessons get better and better!
This channel has changed my swing in such a positive way that I can’t thank you enough I guess on to watching Adam talk about putting and chipping since it became glaringly obvious that’s what I need to work on the most
Creeping up on that 100k subscribers :). It has been awesome seeing you grow over the last couple years. Thank you for all the videos and amazing information.
Rhythm and "evrything going together" my new Mantra !

Rhythm is the Glue!!!
Another great tip! “Grip and hip” that’s taking the club back or through? Love your lessons! Thank you! 👏😍
On the way through! Swing the handle and rotate that lead hip back. It’s a little phrase I use for my players to prevent a lack of rotation and throwing the club head at the ball!
How about Jon Rahm, aggressively back not winding up even?
Bigger and stronger than most…plus hits a lot more golf balls than most all the amateurs out there! So ripping it back fast would not be the advice I would give the general population just because Rahm does it! He does still make a nice big body turn and has a shorter arm swing that’s connected to that turn.
And watch Jon when he is off his timing. The ball goes way off. BTW his swing developed because of his foot disability. He is the except that proves the rule.
Watch anyone off their timing and it’s terrible. Golf is all about timing and rhythm but seem that there are different kind of approaches what it comes to transition at the top. Many prefer continuous athletic movemet back and down without feeling of stopping. You definitely gain speed if you conscously start moving forward while your hands are still going back(Jon) .Stopping at the top is a hard way to get separation. Seperation doesn’t mean you are not in sync.
