      You don’t know how much this comment relates to me. I do a ton of different exercises and none are as bad as doing this until your legs burn then to continue doing this until your quads are on fire then continue until your legs physically stop working and I collapse. I hate it so much and if I give up too early I gotta go again fuck squat holds fuck em hard

      @@PC-qu7zk I'm from Brooklyn. And I do these till failure and I love them, and I do them holding weights straight out even. The more burn the better wimp

    ok i tried this while watching video it was 10mins/15 . my goal was to hold this position for 5 minutes . at 11 mins in to the video i decided sport is not my thing lol xD
