So happy to see that I'm not the only person that started to feel not motivated to work out these days. I used to be able to wake up early everyday to do my morning run and lifting weight in the afternoon but I feel less motivated to do all that nowadays after I achieved my goals. Your video makes me feel motivated again to do what I used to do. And I also bulk a lot 😅 its not that I hate how I look right now but I find it pretty annoying because some of my shirt doesnt really fit me anymore but some, fits really well. The only thing that is constant in life, is CHANGE - The more confidence and comfort level you embrace, the easier that change will be :) I hate the word "exercise or workout", so I use the word "movement" and incorporate that into my "motivation" - The more I move, the more I can accomplish. I wish you nothing but sustainable success Freya, for I really understand and relate in the struggles you are going thru.... YOU CAN DO IT 👍 - Because you are worth it 😊
Firstly, you are a very pretty young lady so don't ever worry that you aren't attractive. Secondly, you are talented - I have watched a few clips of your dancing which you posted. Thirdly, you were clever enough to get into college so be proud of your accomplishment. And lastly, but in many ways more importantly, you appear to have a kind and good soul. While you are a little bit overweight, you are not fat. The part of the world you come from praises underweight when sadly it isn't healthy. What you need to aim for is a healthy lifestyle so you don't end up with diseases like diabetes or arthritis in years to come. Just take it slow ... Little changes start to add up .... Conscious eating - asking yourself if you are really hungry or if you really want that second portion .... And importantly, portion control. I have suffered with watching my weight all my life so I understand how much brighter life feels when your weight is under control. You can do this!!
i'm so happy for you that you get to work with her again! and the tip with the increased sets instead of increasing weight is amazing. i got a gym membership last week and i'm kinda not sure what to do so thanks for uploading this video and as always, i'm rooting for you!
I found your channel 3 days ago and I've been binge-watching your videos from the start. Almost finished now with all the videos :D I realized last week that due to covid, I have gained around 10-15 kg and I don't like how heavy I feel every day I wake up. Slowly but surely I will get rid of those extra kg's.
I hate excecise, it is no fun at all. But I know it is important if we want to slim down or stay in shape, now I just do something that I can watch movies or play game while doing excecise so I'm not so bored of it😤.
