Division: 20 ÷ 5 = 4; 1.5 ÷ 3 = 0.5 The division of nearly all real values will produce another real number. BUT, because division by zero is undefined (not a real number), the real numbers are NOT closed under division.
Sir (z,/) z main t 0 bhi ata he .agar hum koi bhi integer ko 0 se divide kare to ans undefined hoga.yani ki (z,/) closer property satisfy nehi hona chahiye
Thank you sir for such amazing contents. Sir kindly delivere lectures on Programming fundamentals Object oriented programming Information security Data structure & Algorithms Lots of 💕 from Pakistan
sir in the set of real numbers how does division satisfy the closure property ,what if I divide 7 by 0,both belong to real numbers but the result is undefined ,so the set is not closed. Shouldn't the set R* be closed wrt to division?
Bt here sir said that Q*=set of all rational numbers excluding zero (0). Hence it proves that 0 is included in Rational numbers(Q). We can also write 0 in the form of p/q i.e 0/1=0.
Sir (R,+,-,×,÷) is not closed because agar mai any number say n lu aur ussai divide krdu 0 sai to wo real ko belong nhi karega i e, n÷0 not defined then real number Wala set algebriac structure kaisey ?
@@ankushparcha5722 I also said same thing. Real number is not algebraic structure. And what i wrote in my previous comment that is the explanation of it.
I guess algebric structure dont necessary need to satisfy closure property to be an algebric structure so ( N, - ) should also be an algebric structure
in rational numbers, sir considered 0 as an example and proved that it won't be closed, but what about real numbers, there too we can take the example of 0 and say it's not closed as division by 0 is infinite, can someone please explain it
Why real no. can't have a range upto infinity if rational and integers ranges upto infinity and also real no. is a set of all integers and rational no.s ????????????????
Sir I can't find any other vdo like limit continuity 3d geometry in ur playlist section... If there r available tn kindly rply sir... I have completed ur discrete math playlist which was so much important for me
To the point, everything covered, short, easy to understand and best for revision aspect. In all perfect combo and thank you, sir, for this.
For real number the algebric structure will be only (R , +,×,-) . Division is not a binary operation on set of real number
Division:
20 ÷ 5 = 4;
1.5 ÷ 3 = 0.5
The division of nearly all real values will produce another real number. BUT, because division by zero is undefined (not a real number), the real numbers are NOT closed under division.
BUT 3 ÷ 0 = undefined
Bhai ye integer nahi hai front hai
Right
Thank you so much I got highest Mark's in my exams because of your amazing lactures. Once again thank you so much

@Grayson Maximilian glad I could help :D
I love your teaching style sir ❤️
You make every topic so easy your video specially help in my exam 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you sir ...
Sir (z,/) z main t 0 bhi ata he .agar hum koi bhi integer ko 0 se divide kare to ans undefined hoga.yani ki (z,/) closer property satisfy nehi hona chahiye
please sir upload more videos on this ... I am learning discreet mathematics from ur videos....Please sir
Prove a Group is Abelian if (ab)2=a2b2 sir can a2b2 written as a.a.b.b and use commutative and asscociativity property
getting the point or not......superb
Very very nice explanation sirrrrr. Thank you sirrrrrr 👌👌👌👌🤔🤔
Sir..u said R wil be closed for division..bt wht if 0 comes in denominator?
Thank you sir. This video really cleared my concept.🙏
Thank you sir ❤❤
Mind blowing sir 🙂

Sir Uuu r so much handsome n ur way of teaching is amazing...
Varun sir may Almighty bless you 😘😘😘
Very nice explanation sir🙏🙏
sir in the case of integer /real number , what if take an integer divided by 0 , how it will be algebric structure then?
sir in the set of real numbers how does division satisfy the closure property ,what if I divide 7 by 0,both belong to real numbers but the result is undefined ,so the set is not closed. Shouldn't the set R* be closed wrt to division?
7:27 Sir 5/0 is not a rational number because in rational number q is not equal to 0 acc to defination .
Bt here sir said that Q*=set of all rational numbers excluding zero (0).
Hence it proves that 0 is included in Rational numbers(Q).
We can also write 0 in the form of p/q i.e 0/1=0.
Good work... Fantastic explanation
subscribers bohot jaruri ha !!!!
Thanks dear love from Afghanistan
Subscribers bahot jaruri hai...❤️🔥😅
Really helpful sir. Thanks alot!
Thank you sir for valuable video.
Sir, pi's value is 22/7, which is an irrational number, and it doesn't have a zero, even Q* wouldn't be rational in the given context, right?
Sir mere exam ek mcq aya tha bahut dhunda lekin nhi mila apaki video dekhkar sab kuth samaz agaya
v.nice explaination sir
My Best teacher : Varun Sir
Sir in the given example we can not divide by 0 so this is also applicable on integer
Kmaaal hai sir ji
Sir (R,+,-,×,÷) is not closed because agar mai any number say n lu aur ussai divide krdu 0 sai to wo real ko belong nhi karega i e, n÷0 not defined then real number Wala set algebriac structure kaisey ?
Division is not a binary operation in set R of all real numbers.
We have 0 € R, 5 € R but 5 ÷ 0 is not an element of R.
In last as u said that is not an element of ℝ then how can we say it as a algebriac structure ?
@@ankushparcha5722 I also said same thing. Real number is not algebraic structure. And what i wrote in my previous comment that is the explanation of it.
You are such an amazing teacher ☺️🙏 thank you so much 😊💝
Sir please upload rest of video as soon as possible. Only one month for NTA net examination.
And also discuss data structure questions for NTA net.
This is helpful 👍
Thank you so much sir 🙏
Thank you so much sir 😊
Sir real number ke case me division binary operation nahi hoga
Because any number divided by zero does not exist.
Thanku so much sir....
Thanks for this video
Abhi 7:50 pe exam h 😅
Very nice Sir Ji
is ∞ real number? if not why real number is algebric structure but rational number is not?
Thank you sir ❤️❤️
please reply if divide one real number by 0 then the condition is not valid. hence division is not AS
Sir add Statistical Technique videos as well
0 to real number me bhi hota hai... To usme closure property kese satisfy hogi?
Sir what is the difference between groupoid and algebric structure?
happy holi❤❤
Thank you so much😇
Please upload next more videos of DM
Sir 0 Is Also a real number But agr Hum 1÷0 Kare To O Undefined Ho jata Ha Real number with Recpect To ÷ Not Closure

Sir Q ko ap ny bola hai k wo close ni q k is may zero at hai to R may bhi to zero ata hai 8:07
Subscribers bahut jaruri hai 😅😅
Sir, how can I access the full playlist of group theory
I guess algebric structure dont necessary need to satisfy closure property to be an algebric structure so ( N, - ) should also be an algebric structure
Sir ap discrete mathematics ka Susanna S.Epp or Rosen Kenneth ka solution send kar sakttay hay

- counting principles
You're my only hope in this midsem
Thank you sir
Thank you
Thank You Sir
in rational numbers, sir considered 0 as an example and proved that it won't be closed, but what about real numbers, there too we can take the example of 0 and say it's not closed as division by 0 is infinite, can someone please explain it
For (Q,÷) you take 5 and 2 but those are natural numbers it's right?
they are also rational numbers
1 night before college exam
Why real no. can't have a range upto infinity if rational and integers ranges upto infinity and also real no. is a set of all integers and rational no.s ????????????????
waiting for today's live class
But sir in case of -, we can't take 3-5 right? Coz we need to select both nos that are natural right?
3 and 5 are natural numbers. Also keep in mind that '-' is binary operator, so the expression becomes (3) - (5).
Thank sir.
Yes i will do till infinity
Sir I can't find any other vdo like limit continuity 3d geometry in ur playlist section... If there r available tn kindly rply sir... I have completed ur discrete math playlist which was so much important for me
Thanks
when we divide 22/7 both belobgs to rational number but their answer is irrational number
Sir example dete to accha hota mere college me a+ b aesa kucha Aya tha samj nahe Aya aes liya mark nahe Aye
SIR WE ARE WAITING FOR NEXT VIDEOES....

For the case of Z , in subtraction if we perform 4-4 which will be 0 which is not integer?
Zero is integer
@@Jiostores ok i got confused with Z^+ and Z
Rational number has not zero sir
(N,.) Sir ya cloure ni h
Kitne like milega sir for this video
is 22/7 is rational sir
Nah ..it's sn irrational
brother ❤
👌👌
sir at last in (r*, /) if we take 11/3 then it is irrational no. so how can we say it's rational.
Now good.
Dsssb mock test leni h
One night before attendance guys 🥳
