A Survival Horror Simulator
Experience complete freedom to tackle the world how you want. You decide what you do, where to go and how best to survive. There are no NPC's barking orders at you or giving you missions you don't want to do. You give the orders, you choose what happens next.
Fight Demons
Enter a world where nowhere is safe and fight against a range of mutated creatures, some who are almost human like, and others who are like nothing you have ever seen before. Armed with pistols, axes, stun batons and more, protect yourself and those you care for.
Build and Craft
Feel every interaction; Break sticks to make fires. Use an axe to cut out windows and floors. Build a small cabin, or a sea-side compound, the choice is yours.
Changing Seasons
Pluck fresh salmon directly from streams in spring and summer. Collect and store meat for the cold winter months. You're not alone on this island, so as winter rolls in and food and resources become scarce you won't be the only one looking for a meal.
Co-op Gameplay
Survive alone, or with friends. Share items and work together to build defenses. Bring back-up to explore above and below ground.

My man, the editing style is top notch, the music, the way your voice sounds muffled after the explosion, love all of it. I also love the medical commentary, i looked up everything you referenced so far and I'm kind of fascinated...

I really liked this play through. It was the perfect mix of comedy, entertainment, and actual effort put into gameplay. I liked how it was a 5+ hr block of gameplay. I don't play video games anymore but still really like to watch people play them and I hate when it's sectioned off. This appears to have been that way originally but I like how it was all out together. I liked the base building & montage also (it was cool how it lined up with the music). Was about 4/5 hrs of the way through but had to go to bed. Watched the last hour the next night. Earned my sub. Do you fo more long plays? I briefly browsed but didn't see any in recent uploads. I noticed a cool effect of either the game or editing was the afio changes depending on the enviorment. The caves are echo-ey and diving is muffled.
I just finished it. It's like I'm watching a series that ended and now I'm sad and depressed. This is the nicest gameplay I have ever watched! Thank you!❤

Hey man little tip. I live in the same exact spot as you that lake by the waterfall does not freeze in the winter so water year round it's very nice. Also everytime I load into my save, the modern axe camp is very close right up the hill I stock up on cooking pots and make food ahead for winter an store them on the big shelves. Very good location my man. 👍👍

I would say the key to doing well in this game is build a small base to start off with and slowly construct It big with extensions over time
apparently virginia has dead eye with dual wielding a pistol and shotgun/ plus she herself doesn't run out of ammo with them

Idk if this was a thing a year ago but you can press g and the hang glider will go into ur backpack and u can bind it to a number key

Sons of the Forest still in early access and yet you've completed the entire game already? Does that mean the entire story is done?
Still going to wait for the game to be fully released before playing, and I wont watch this, but may in the future at some point if it gets recommended to me again after I've played it.
Heard it was an improvement over The Forest, so it's worth for me checking it out.
Yes, the story doesn't take that long. But you can still explore and build bases and structures like the first forest if you are in to that.
No, there is so much more to come. Five great updates so far and 6-8 more months of updates and additions to come.
That’s why the original Forest was such a hit. So many updates and additions to the story.
