For raids, enrage seems pointless because you shouldn’t be taking crits as a properly playing dps , am I missing something?

you need to take enrage to unlock flurry down below, that's what the line connecting them means

BT does less damage than MS till you reach 1,000 AP

A rule of thumb makes no sense, you can't know how much ap beats mortal strike without knowing the weapon, for example 870 attack power will beat a dreadforge retaliator but 920 will beat an arcanite reaper
