Boars are great for leveling. They are the only low level pet with a movement ability in charge and they also can learn dash later. Having tried wind serpents, cats, wolves, and birds boar has been my favorite for leveling.
Cats have prowl which opens a lot of options for getting the jump on other players for pvp. Especially if you’re a NE, you can decloak and wreck people.
Yep, makes pulling multiple mobs a lot easier to manage. I typically focus one and DOT the others while screech builds up threat, then multishot and autoshot them down.
I had a great time in 2019 taking my NElf Hunter on a trip down to Mulgore, at level 10, to camp and tame The Rake. Best 1.2 attack speed cat until the mid-20s! I also really wanted Scorpids to work, and stubbornly used them for a very long time.
Funny no one mentions this, but savannah cubs in barrens have 1.2 attack speed, same as the rake! And it's tamebamle! It's level 4 tho so you have to Level it more but worth it VS camping rake as they are everywhere
în my opinion, for pvp, 24/7 camping for brokentooth isnt worth it, the caster dont feel a different between a 1.0 or 1.2 cat. only for min/ max player, but these ppl shouldnt play wow ;)
It isnt true that every pet has Bite. Owls for example cant learn Bite.

They are also quite tanky
And they eat everything.
Yeah boar is super good I like to have boar cat for raw dps wolf for group
yeah, I always go boar for low to mid leveling. Tanky, damage isn't terrible, charge is nice and like don said.... they eat everything.

Decloak? Wtf that aint even an ability😂
Owl with the aoe demo shout is amazing for keeping mobs iff you and a handy debuff fir raiding as well

Leveling - Carrion Birds | PvP - Cat or Scorpion | PvE - Wild Serpent or Wolf (group buff)
doesnt wolf still bug out so tis raor only buff white dmg?
If you can’t get broken tooth right away I highly recommend a wind serpant with max rank lightning attack or a cat with 1.2 speed

Where? i found some, but they are not tamable
Important info is that pet level in vanilla doesnt scale so you need to level them up.
you are familiar bro, how familiar? WERY WERY
Pets? What are those? I haven’t used one of those since Sunken Temple.
Nice video man. Thanks for the info :)
I thought a black wolf from the courtyard in SFK was a good option for raiding. It has a quick attack speed and gives melee a buff
Warriors already give this buff
I usually play boar, but I'm doing carrion bird this time and it's great.

Disc not working
Obviously never played hunter, only against.
Owl and cat are the best
Cat bye
Scorpion poison. Kthx bye.
Simple birds.....
This guy is clueless.
