I’ve come to think that Ash is way more terrifying than Revenant. I don’t know why, it’s just the impression I got from the launch trailer. Also, her lore is great and her cosmetics are great as well. Even more, her abilities. I wonder if we see an early nerf again. I also like how sneaky, calculating and ruthless she is. But I still don’t get why she didn’t just get rid of Newton. She had no problem to send Horizon into a black hole and didn’t care that the rest of the scientists would be injured or killed during the lab raid. Wouldn’t it make more sense to kill him to erase anyone who could possibly find out about her plans and seek revenge? (Given he was still alive after the explosion)
Because Ashleigh is a human. She isn’t a sociopath. She’s a survivor of extreme trauma and became very individualistic, self sufficient, isolated, and self reliant as a consequence. She is snarky, sarcastic, and Machiavellian. This doesn’t mean she can’t get attached to people. But she probably dislikes attachments to people as they make her feel weak. She betrayed Horizon but it was something she forced herself to do, something painful she did for the sake of survival because in her jaded mind, she needs to be the predator to ensure a predator never gets her. So it’s clear that she is attached to Newton. She saw him grow up, participated in teaching him. He probably saw the best in her and looked at her like a mentor. So she went out of her way to spare him. To hurt him was not necessary to her mission. It’s her humanity.
Man, your videos are great! I never played Apex Legends, only TTF 1 and 2, but I know everything about the story just by watching your content. You make any subject compelling and I sincerely wish you soon get the recognition you deserve so you can keep doing more and more. I don't. Hear me out here, it's not because I don't like jack or Titanfall. Just think. Respawn is trickling more and more Titanfall lore into Apex, which is great. Until you realise that they might be doing that to finish off the Titanfall 2 storyline. So if they do put cooper as a playable character in Apex, it would probably mean the end of the Titanfall storyline, and hence no future Titanfall content for jack and BT as it would just be finished up by in game lore.
Btw, you forgot to mentioned that ashleigh had to be operated immediatly so she was alive during the process causing trauma for her. Also, it appears that her concsiousness somehow in some way got trapped in the simulacrum has seen and mentioned in the "meet ash" trailer.

not sure what u mean, revenant has tonnes of lore, if anything there isnt a whole lot we need to know about him apart from when he was human, everything we know about him rn gives us a decent amount of answers as to how he got to this point.
I'm not sure on the ash head throw reasoning, and it's not clear if Reid was contacted before or after working on the Iris project. I'd assume she was contacted after getting recruited by Lilian, because that'd make more sense than her being part of the IMC and then managing to get onto that team.

right listen to me i've been part of a small tf community for about 3 years and i learned something imc is not necessarily the "bad guys" they might have done wrong but never over evil in their eyes the milita is well a milita terrorists who bring war and death sure they have harmony with civilians on it but its also their Head quarters and because its defended heavily so their only choice is the arc they're not entirely bad look at all the grunts they hired it was their choice to join and they weren't even forced to the imc treats them well with good pay and healthcare so next time reader you have to remember there are other sides to the imc than "evil corporation"
