Cool video. The cat spun the bass around on the break. I hope these guys are still with us so they can laugh watching this video with their grandkids. Nice job!
there using an A in the break. Original is an A flat. Too bluesy maybe? That Was Not Cricket. Too black (vulgar) at that time perhaps. Not considered feashionable in those days. All solos have been studied in advance -that makes the whole thing pretty freezing. There is no spontaneity whatsoever. But then there are no mistakes either! It is perfect like the DDR was planned to be. Did not work out well after all either.
Great tribute to the original. Love there roll !

Hey thanks! Yes all still here! Not got any grandkids yet though :-)
nice version. Gave this tune another life for me.
This is an awesome arragement of Chitlins Con Carne. I love it. It has a "Latin" feel to it and then the swing on the end. That was absoutly amazing.
Horns or guitar, I love this song.
what a great arrangement of a great song
50 years later.. , it's still very cool
You really seem to enjoy yourselves. Great song, great video, great band... 5*
Like this arrangement of Kenny Burrell's tune with a little swing at the end. Nice.

SUBLIME!
Very nice version. Kenny's version is a bit more "low down", maybe due to that killer bass line. So I'm partial to Kenny's, but great job.
