Before a patch came out, the boxes on the riding section could only be broken with Polar’s hotbox for some reason. Crash’s arms and legs would just phase right through boxes. They fixed it and now crashes fingernail can scrape a single box and break a whole stack of four. A little over corrective, but I won’t complain

Man, I remember hating the riding levels in Crash 4. I think I played the game before they patched the bear/alien's hitbox, so getting all the crates was incredibly frustrating. I already didn't like the riding levels in the original Crash trilogy, but Crash 4's riding levels were a whole new dimension of pain (at least going for all the crates).
A confirm the hit boxes were awful. I played this game at release and I spent an insane amount of hours on just these 2 polar levels. Those crates were nearly impossible to grab sometimes
Once you get used to the triple spin and slide spin the platinum relics aren’t really that bad. I remember I was able to get them all completed in 2 days. At this point you’re experienced enough where you probably won’t spend longer than an hour getting even the hardest levels done.
I complete everything in the game and left with only 3 relic rock block is very hard level. Good luck man with prefect relic 😂 so match pain will be there.

You’re definitely on a roll with these videos! I can’t believe it! It’s been so much fun watching the time trails for crash 4 in particular since they’re so different to the n sane trilogy. With it’s about time being a new game and the n sane trilogy a remake of the original trilogy obviously.
have fun with rock blocked, it was the number one worst platinum for me. it was the only level where i genuinely started rage quiting because of how bullshit it was like bro, even fucking toxic tunnels didn't give me that much trouble and THAT was the ONE level i WAS in fact expecting to have a rage quite on
Building Bridges Dev Relic is surprisingly easy... I've looked through my times and I figured this is another one I can potentially do. First Tawna section that has nothing to do with Triple Spin and the pretty much the rest is Polar Section. That's probably why.
Okay you really gotta incorporate at least sooome slide spins, especially in the ice physics sections. The speed boost is insane and it makes the navigation somewhat easier.
It’s actually not that hard once you know the level layout but I understand your pain it’s hard but once you learn shortcuts on the fire platforms your good 👍
yeah this is just a me thing but I hate EVERY level in the BC dimension I dont like any of these relics. Crash's level is fine because its short and sweet but the second one with the T-Rex just goes on and on and on and oh my God JUST END ALREADY! I never liked the long stages in this game. And I specifically didnt like dingos level here even tho hes fun to control his section feels just as long as the original stage it takes freaking forever on each retry to get back to crash and finish the level off and that cortex stage. If you hated him in the arctic you'll definitely hate him here. Its actually beneficial to skip blowing up that Nitro crate by just jumping onto the ledge and start your climb up but his jump is so puny and pathetic that its practically less of a headache to do the long way of letting it explode and waiting for a second. Trust me the more cortex levels we get the more youre gonna have to use his stupid gun and youre gonna have to use it a lot this level and his next one to make bouncy platforms just keep reminding yourself its only 2 to make them bouncy dont get too trigger happy or you'll have to restart a LOT like me. Cause I suck. I just cant wait for this dimension to be over with cause even thought you have improved and can breeze through some of these I got a feeling these stages except the first one might stump you. Or maybe not maybe its just a skill issue and I gotta get good. But I look forward to you completing this series youre just 3 worlds AWAY! And the old 90's dimensions in cortexs castle are by far the more easier ones except the cortex timeline one that levels stupid but Cortex castle once you re-learn the strat of when to use the masks it is actually a fun relic to get and an easy one to get a dev relic on. SO CLOSE MAN!
