- I stayed at the New Coast Hotel Manila conveniently located in the Malate district of Manila. This is a large hotel and casino, formerly known as the Manila Bay Hotel. It is super conveniently located only about 15 minutes from the airport and next to the ocean and endless shopping.
I stayed here for three nights and was shocked at the size of my room and how high the ceilings were. At first when they showed me to my room, I thought they had made a mistake as it was way more room than I had paid for. There is a cool bar with live music in the night, large gym, and pretty much everything you can think of right on premises.
The exact address of the hotel is 1588 Pedro Gil, corner Del Pilar St, Malate, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. You can't get bored with the neighborhood as there is lots to do including a giant shopping mall just one block away! I highly recommend this hotel which has a great price and will blow you away.

this looks more like a suite than a regular deluxe room ( studio ). how much was this room?
Are they guest friendly and can you check out late and what time
Unsure - I was solo so unsure, but I didn't see them really monitoring who was coming and going. As far as checkout, I think it's standard and late checkout depending on availability.

whats funny is this hotel is 1 of the lowest star review in all 5 star hotels in metro manila on expedia and agoda. I wonder why that is. Maybe the location have too much poverty and homeless near by
That's VERY surprising to hear but far removed from reality. It was definitely NOT a 1 star hotel - the service, amenities, and room easily put it into the 5 star category in my opinion. The location was actually quite nice as it was in Malate and it was nor in an impoverished area. It was a deluxe room and cost about $90 US a night including resort/hotel tax etc.
@@Travelteez what surprise me is that there is tiles in the washroom and places like it's recently renovated.. if you check it on expedia and agoda, the photos does NOT look close to that. Even other vlog rooms is nowhere as good as yours. Where did your room come from? it's totally different.. thats wild..

Depends on the country. Malls are dying in the USA and Canada. SE Asia they keep getting bigger.
@@Travelteez exactly they keep tearing them down. Malls are like parks with AC in the PH and we like to go strolling in cooler places😀

why doesnt anyone ever discuss the prices of hotels or even properties for rent or sale
