2:45 is NOT the telephoto. It is the main wide angle sensor. That’s why it’s bigger. This year the wide angle (not ultra wide) sensor is on the bottom on only the max I believe. Also you can confirm this by looking at the Apple keynote.
Yes, I tested this while puting a piece if paper on that lens. Left down is the main camera. The problem is, I could not find out how to put the telephoto camera in action. No matter how much I zoomed, the normal camera was used!
You missed the Wi-Fi Flex Module which is located on the top left region of the housing, obscured by all the black stuff. 06:54 The 5G Antenna to the right side isn't exactly built in, it's held down by some adhesive. You're able to push it out with some small nudges to the top and bottom of the Antenna. Not trying to be judgmental as this video helped me out a lot in what parts I need to get for my iPhone I bought on eBay, but those two are pretty important to fully tearing down the device if someone needs to replace a broken housing

I replaced the back glass of my iPhone 12 Pro Max and now the phone won't turn on. I kept turning it on every little while to make sure it's still working. Finally, after I finished removing all the glass, checked it one last time, everything was working perfectly fine. Then I turned it off, stuck the new glass on and now phone won't turn on. Please if anyone has any idea why this would happen? Did I press too hard? Did I touch something I wasn't supposed to? Any help would be appreciated. This phone cost me an arm and a leg.

Did the same thing, but apparently, I burned the logic board. Maybe u did the same thing.
