10 : 35 some Japanese will age their fish..*vaccum air out, and submerge in ice water, time depends on the fish.st)..or have fish killed with ikejime technique . Damn this place is great clean..such variety.really nothing like it in the US , and there are so many here .
I know fish is meant to be served as fresh as possible where you guys are. But couldn't they find a more humane way to dispatch the animal before serving this? especially the puffer fish that looked cruel and uneccessary.
Seriously.. for everything was okay until that eel fish and puffer fish. I couldn't see anymore after that. My brain has been targeted emotionally after watching this. 😔
The World of best, healthy and tasty food ever. Sadly we have Copycats making Sushi in Europe and North America. I myself is in Europe and I see white chefs who only had 2-3 months training of making Sushi "not in Japan", now they think they can make Sushi, how stupid is that!
I agree!!.. buuuuut , you also dont need 3 years of JUST rice washing nor a phd lol... but yeah, learning any cuisine takes time to do well..3 months is too short ( and to not discriminate, its people of all colours who do not great imitaciones, not just white folk...spread love)🙃
