After two soaked bras I come across this video. This is the best explanation yet. Very detailed and helpful.
Wow thank you for your very kind words! So glad it was helpful 😊
The best video about explaining the momcozy s12 even better then the official website momcozy❤, thank you honey, a mum from Algeria
Wow thank you so much for your kind words 💖 So glad I could help!
My thoughts exactly! So glad I found this video 😊
@MelissaReist thank you ❤
من فضلك منفهمش اللغة الانجليزية اذا ممكن تفهميني وش ندير بني رفض صدري نحاول نمدلو بيبرو ساعدني من فضلك
Very helpful, thank you!
Thanks so much for the lovely feedback! So glad it was helpful 💖
Thank you for the detailed explanation question is it safe to sterilise it in bottle steeiliser
Thanks for the question, it's recommended to boil only on their website, but you may want to double check with their customer service. I know you can use the Momcozy microwave steam sterilization bags with the S12 Pro.
Greet video. The manufacturer’s instructions are crap
So glad it was helpful ❤ Thanks for sharing!
@@pumpingmilkthanks again ❤
How many hours to charge and works for how much phone
The S12 Pro offers a battery life of 140 minutes off a single charge. Recharging takes 1.5 hours.
Thanks for such an informative video 🙏🏽
Glad it helped 😊
How do we set up the memory ? Or does it automatically just do what you did the time before
It will automatically go to the last settings 😊
Such a live saver thank you so much! ❤
So glad it helped! 💖
Thank you. The momcozy video was not as helpful. This is the first time I located the arrow on the flange.
That little arrow can be tricky to see unless you know it's there! Thanks for the great feedback!
I had no idea it had flange sizes until i bought it. It hurts a little when i try to pump. Is there anything i can do about that, please? ( i really want to enjoy pumping)
So sorry you're having issues. I'd recommend measuring your nipple size and then if needed, you can buy additional flange insert sizes via Momcozy on Amazon: amzn.to/3SVNsvI (affiliate).
They have size 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm, 27mm available.
These will insert into the 24mm flange, so you only need the insert in the correct size and that will fit into the flange.
@@pumpingmilk thank you so much
I just ordered it
Fingers crossed that does the trick 🥰
@pumpingmilk it's working alot better now
No pain like before
I use momcozy s12pro and experience milk leaking. Is there any way to avoid that?
If it's leaking from the pump, and you've checked that it's put together correctly with firm seals, then it could be that the flange or valves need replacing.
@@pumpingmilkI had that problem as well the first time. The flange needs to be pushed further onto the cup edge more.
Any tips on how to keep it in place?
When I put them in my bra, they are 90 degrees upright. By the end of the pumping session, they are turned inward (not a full 45 degrees), and the motors are touching.
I never have milk leak, I've got a good seal. It's just annoying that they don't stay upright while I'm moving around.
Any tips?
That does sound annoying! Have you tried wearing a tighter pumping bra with it?
I have a sports bra style one that I can tighten the straps on, so I'll give that a try.
Hopefully that does the trick🤞
Where to add the flange ?
You add the flange insert into the breast shield (where your nipple goes).
Anyone experiencing pain while pumping and how to sort that out. Please reply. Thanks in advance.
My first recommendation is to check that you have the correct flange size, you may need to use a flange insert if you are not already.
Hello. Do s12 pro really have the memory function? You do mentioned it at ur blog
Yes - it saves your previous pump settings. You can see it at the 5min mark in the video :)
@@pumpingmilk we dont need to set? Is it auto?
@@izzyanzulkhafli711 Yes correct. When you turn it on, it will be set at your last pumping session settings (mode and suction strength). If you switch modes from expression to stimulation or vise versa , it will be also be on the last suction strength setting you had for that mode. It basically means when you start on a mode, you don't need to click through all the suction levels to find your favorite.
@@pumpingmilk thanks a lot! Momcozy doesnt emphasize this memory function on s12 pro tho
How can get small flinge sizes ?
You can buy them via Amazon: amzn.to/3SVNsvI (affiliate).
They have size 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm, 27mm available.
These will insert into the 24mm flange, so you only need the insert in the correct size and that will insert into the flange.
How to prevent milk from getting into the motors??
It is a closed system so the milk isn't exposed to the pump motor 😊
Somehow my motors got milk in them and I’m still trying to figure out how and why! 😢
@TheRebelChronicles could it have happened during the pouring process? When pouring the milk into your storage container?
It’s possible. I think the tricky part after removing the pump from the boob is removing the motor carefully before pouring the milk out. I got a replacement now so I’m trying to avoid the same happening to my new motors!
@@TheRebelChronicles so glad you could get a replacement. And yes it's a little tricky to get use to, but hopefully it starts feeling a bit easier for you!
How do you pour the milk out?
There is a little pouring spout at the top of the flange. I like to remove the pump motor first, and then you can pour the milk out from the pouring spout. Leave the flange attached to the cup to make it easier to pour. Hope this helps.
@@pumpingmilkthank you!!! That helped so much! Thank you for this video. You explained in such detail. Thank you!
Thank you for the lovely feedback! So glad I could help!
Does this pump not work well unless it’s fully charged?
It works the same whilst it has battery charge (low or fully charged).
Thank you! I am having so much user error with it
@faithporcella oh no 😢 What's the specific issues and I can try help?
Thanks so much for the offer! I am setting the pump up correctly making sure the duckbills are positioned right and it’s doing the suctioning but it’s not getting any milk from me. It’s very frustrating! But I have plenty of milk to actually breastfeed, use the Hakka and my regular wall pump.
@faithporcella I can imagine how frustrating this is for you. Have you checked your flange size is correct for your nipple measurements? If the flange size is too big all too small it can have a big impact on the volumes of milk being pumped.
My second suggestion is to play around with your suction levels. The highest won't necessarily produce the most milk. Start low (on a level 2) then work your way till you find a level that is comfortable and produces the most milk. You can also try similar with the modes (just because the stimulation mode is for let down doesn't mean you can't try it for your whole pumping session - your body might prefer the shorter suction cycles).
Hopefully this helps 😊
So you don’t have to boil the parts to sterilize? Just hot water and soap ?
Thanks for asking! You will need to first wash in warm soapy water and then sterilize before use.
@@pumpingmilk thanks for this video. Would it be possible to make a video on how to sterilize and clean the pump? There is barely information on Momcozy website and youtube and this is an important step, a lot of moms are asking for this information on forum and I cannot find a clear answer anywhere. Thanks a lot for you great content :)
@@aureliesaiz242 great suggestion! Thank you!! I will try get up a video this week if I can :)
Just published the How to clean and sterilize Momcozy Pump video for you :) Hope this helps!! ua-cam.com/video/_mPFv4kMYfI/v-deo.html
Oww thank you so much❤
Is this working well if i have flat nipple?
Unfortunately, the best way to know is to try it, but it should help to draw your nipple out. I have heard people having positive results with a Spectra pump too, but obviously this is not wearable.
@pumpingmilk thank you for your answer x i tryed wearable Tommy Tippie and it was no success 😢 .
I'm sorry to hear the Tommee Tippee didn't work for you. It may be worth speaking to your local lactation consultant as they can assess your situation and offer specific advice 😊
If needed, you can buy additional flange insert sizes via Momcozy on Amazon: amzn.to/3SVNsvI (affiliate).
They have size 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm, 27mm available.
These will insert into the 24mm flange, so you only need the insert in the correct size and that will fit into the flange.
if i am 18mm does the one that comes with it on amazon fit me?
@cweindustrygala my S12 pro did not come with additional flange inserts, but this may have changed? You could ask on the Amazon listing to confirm.
Thank you! So helpful!
