- My Deload week has been rocked and comes to a close. Over the weekend I am going to focus on sleep and recovery. Then come Monday it's time to get mega and back to 100% intensity. I plan to up my calories slightly starting Monday as well. Oh no, more carbs, whatever am I going to do lol. Hoping for a laid back weekend overall for myself and you. Have a great one my friends!
