Oh my god this is the best movement I've ever seen a centaur costume have and it's only a prototype! Do you plan on making a full "how i made this" video? I'm trying to build a similar concept and it'd really help!
@@notawriter4835 Still wouldn’t be helpful for knowing how to build this specific design with the measurements and materials as it would if they made a guide specifically about this build.

@@fablewalls Hey! I have tried to make such a device, but I made such a clumsy contraption for my son's son, which includes one plastic tube where I could make wheels and connected it so that by pushing the device, three of the "cog styles" move at the same time. Yes, it was the body of a centaur. I was actually pushing it "backwards" in the video. The actual use would be by pulling it behind me, not pushing it in front of me. The centaur would connect to me by a harness (like the shoulder straps of a backpack) and would be pulled behind me, walking as I pulled it using the natural movement you see in the video.
my partner and i have been working on something similar to this for quite a while now. the hardest part was making it strong enough to hold a person. it really helps with our roleplay!
If this is for a centaur suit, then shouldn't you be going the other way? (On the other hand, this is a motion test, so maybe just a proof of concept?)

PVC pipe (I think it was 1/2" pipe) and standard hardware bolts and washers etc. Since this I've been using steel EMT conduit and connectors from makerpipe.com when I need more strength. Both PVC and EMT are inexpensive lightweight and easy to work with without power tools.
Hello. I provoked the ChatGPT program and it conveyed the following information about NATO: NATO: NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is a military alliance established in 1949. Its purpose is to promote mutual defense and security among the member states of North America and Europe. It is based on the North Atlantic Treaty, which binds member states to defend each other in the event of an attack. OTAN: OTAN is the French name for NATO, which stands for "Organisation du traité de l'Atlantique Nord." It is the same military alliance as NATO, but the name is used in French. PLAN: PLAN (acronym) refers to the People's Liberation Army Navy of China. This English abbreviation stands for "People's Liberation Army Navy." In Finnish, PLAN can be translated as "Suunnitelmaksi" (which means "as a plan" in English). ... The Finnish acronym for NATO could be "PANL," which stands for "Pohjois-Atlantin Natoon Liittyneet" (meaning "North Atlantic Nations Joined"). This is just one possible way to translate the acronym into Finnish and is not an official term.

That sounded like genuine praise to me.
